I bought a 65.00$ ticket. The charge was 98.00? No explanation as to what the other 33.00$ was for. Come on really? No taxes or delivery on email justifies that. Be upfront and honest and people, then, can make a decision. Bull $#*!.

The services fees are BULL$#*!. The price should be the ticket nothing more nothing less! NOBODY wants to pay your BS service fees! You provide no service.

Trying to maneuver the steps on your phone is a nightmare! Why no print tickets? What do people do that don't have a smartphone?

On searching it shows different price when you purchase somewhere in fine print there is different price which is what you pay. E.g. On searching it shows $29 but on purchase card got charged $45!

On reaching stadium parking price is $20 and on site it starts from $29 and ultimately you pay $45. Seriously guys?! It should be cheaper on site as we are pre-paying.

On purchase you get an order email with 'Processing' status and until few hours you won't know whether you actually got the parking spot or not! After confirmation you are finally mentally relieved that triple the price of parking you paid is now finally secured.

Concert ticket.tried to cancel but got know feed back

Purchased tickets for $92. After checking, the grand total jumped to $238. Why didnt I see an itemized list of fees.

I made my initial purchase and realised they were not the right seats. Purchased a 2nd pair ( the ones i initially wanted) and proceeded to contact CS to cancel the first purchase. I was told no and to try to sell them to someone else myself.
800$ remains on my credit card which I have now disputed and will be filing a complaint with BBB!

Price was not clear. Tickets were $85 a piece and got 2 but the total was $230. Didn't say anything about add ons and charges. Won't be using that site again.

Terrible, I was not aware tickets sold in USD (under impression CDN) and I need to cancel this ticket transaction as site also indicate transfer of tickets won't take place for 3 months

This is not the actual site for the venue and the tickets cost twice the cost of the actual price.

I selected parking and lot K so I would be able to enter directly in the gate four and go to Queenie for dinner. Instead, they got me across Madison and Lot C. I paid $96 for this!

I am trying to make sure everyone knows how horrible your site is so they are not shocked like I was that your ticket prices are in US dollars for an event in my own Canadian city. It's misleading and fraudulent.
