Quick and easy. A lot of choices and price ranges.

I bought the ticket by mistake, thinking that it was the official vendor and not a reseller. Was not able to get a refund upon realizing it, 5 minutes after purchasing the ticket.

Even despite the unfortunate circumstances, I was not able to get a refund.

The name of the parking lot, its exact address, directions to find it (didn't even show up in google maps) all failed. I bought two parking Spaces in one online purchase, and another ine spot immediately thereafter. One of my guests never did find the building and gave up - a huge waste at $51 odd dollars I'd paid for him. The other two tix were supposed to be in the same building as I understood it, but the two cars ended up in teo different parking lots. Unfortunately for me, we ended up in the one with no elevator and I had just had a heart valve procedure 4 days earlier and was restricted from walking stairs or strenuous exercise. I had to wait at ground floor for his slow and lengthy descent. Staff were so kind, but experience very disappointing.

Until I checked out I didn't know this was US funds. I have disputed this transaction. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I wanted to purchase one ticket to London's Rock the Park. After I paid, using PayPal, I see a service charge of $ 53.38 and an electronic Instant Download fee of $7.50, none of which are visible on any of my communications from Tickets on Sale, AND I WAS CHARGED IN US $! Absolutely criminal! When you try to click on any of the CONTACT US, or VIEW ORDER STATUS links, nothing happens. On my order receipt that was emailed, it shows the price in Canadian, with no mention of American $. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. I will be escalating this complaint as everything I read states this is a FINAL SALE.

My total included roughly $56 extra per ticket for taxes and that was not clear until I completed my payment. I was looking at prices on different sites ad ended up paying $200 extra for 4 tickets due to the "tax". I will not use again.

It was very easy and fast. Best thing ever for people to get.

Skirting the edge of "technically legal" hidden fees, the only chance to contact someone initially was a broken link through email. This delayed time to contact someone and therefore it was too late to cancel.
Customer service is in name only, they only just apologize.couldn't help

Options for sending tickets to friend didn't work, as they didn't want to sign up for, of in to, the Ticketmaster monopoly.

Bought Pixies tickets and they never sent them. They have sent many email without links. I paid 222USD for Pixies in Laval (about 3X times the price). I spent 1,5hours with a specially trained guy telling you that he will send the tickets with many excuses etc but never did. I asked for a refund and they're telling me that they transfered the tickets but never did. THIS IS FRAUDULENT, don't trust TICKETSONSALE on complete scammers.

The name on the ticket is not mine.
You should put the final price before the final transaction.

Over $100 for service charge is insane. I didn't notice how much it was until I'd already hit the button which was then too late.

My parking ticket was no good and not honored by Luman field parking garage you need to refund my money

I did not see a total for my purchase until after the sale was completed. It was higher than I was expecting.
