I greatly resent being billed in United states currency for an event that occurs totally in Canada. I greatly resent that the total cost is much higher than the per-ticket cost. I did not see a break-down of how much of this extra cost is handling fees and how much is HST on my e-mailed receipt.
I greatly resent that I should be offered insurance, another fee-for-service item which I simply should not need. It should be possible to cancel the ticket free of charge up until a relatively few days before the event, especially when you tell me that I better hurry before all the tickets are sold!
I thought I was purchasing two $11 tickets. When I went to checkout it stated $13.X 2. Therefore,I awesome that the ticket fee was $2 additional dollars. I was ok with that. Therefore, I was assuming I was paying a total of $26 for my two $11 tickets. However, I was then billed $42. I was never told that it was charging me that much. Not until the purchase was completed. I feel that is very sneaky how the purchase process works. One should be told upfront what you will be paying prior to pressing the button to purchase.
Having never been to Texas Rangers game I thought it would be good to prepay for parking. I paid a total of $97 for lot Q. This included a very high service charge. When we got to lot Q it was $35 to park if we had just driven up and paid there. So, I paid $62 more than I needed to. I will never do this again.

I received an email stating I should have my ticket and I never received it. I am out over $73 and had to buy another one through a different vendor. I actually received their ticket.

So I'm not happy at all. The only good thing was the parking garage was easy to get in and out of. When I went to purchase the ticket, it said the price was $87, ended up paying over $125. Expected to pay a little extra in taxes and services fees but not that much. Then to make it worse, when I got there the garage was open and I didn't have to show proof of payment, I was told it was free to park.

Paid over $500 for 2 tickets to a weekday matinee off Broadway show 5 months before show. Cant get tickets, show is tomorrow. Feeling like I have been scammed. You can't call or email company, just hours in chat with no resolution. Orpheum Memphis site automatically took me to this site when buying tickets from their official site.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
