The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

Tried to buy a parking ticket right before the game. Took 20 minutes for the email to arrive. Then required me to download and app and set up an account to access the ticket. Couldn't get the account set up, trouble with the password. Tried to access chat support and just got a lot of pre-loaded platitudes. Never accessed the ticket. Unable to get a refund or credit.
The subtotal was either not provided, or not clearly visible, prior to submitting the order. I would not have proceeded had I know about the hefty service charge. Later discovered the ticket prices were double the price offered by the venue as well. Better off buying directly from the venue.
Marking ur tickets up 3 times what you can get from the improv website is absurd. The, use the profits to pay Google to show up first in the search... real nice.
I am a 75 year old man not at all that computor savy to try to print out tickets took me over 40 min other web sight that i buy tickets was much easer it should not be that hard. It would help if you could make it easier.
I thought I was paying a certain price for my tickets and way more came out of my account. Much more than I would have paid considering I am upper bowl and nose bleed.
Beside the fact I don't have my tickets yet, I pay more for the same tickets somewhere else.
I could process the tickets after several attempts, then when I reloaded prices increased by $50 each. Was not notified of all the added fees, ended up spending over $1200 on 4 tickets. Tried to sell the next day and was told "you're only notified after purchase if you can sell". This is crooked.
Paid an extra $20 a ticket. For 8 tickets. In one transaction. Y'all are leaches. 10/10 you suck.
I am disappointed as I thought it was Canadian prices that I was being charged. Only to find out I was charged in American funds.
Tickets were supposed to be $226 each on the website plus $55/ service charge each.
The order summary says my total is $1313.74.
But my card was billed $1847.45.
What was I overcharged?
Would be nice if you quoted upfront in Canadian dollar price
Not a great idea to have final sales. Things happen and I lost $400
I was dismayed to find that no ticket was actually provided with my purchase and I have to trust my ticket will arrive before the show
They buy out ticket masters online parking for $30 then sell them. Because the parking was sold out and ticket master sent me here I thought there wasn't another choice. I paid $140.00 to park when I could have paid $30 when I got there. What a waste of money!
Bought tickets to sponge bob fifty bucks each. After taxes fees and not being notified that the price was in US dollars.the total bill was 220 Canadian! $#*! off!
She was mistaken and thought she was doing a nice thing but we aren't even in town that weekend. Can I pay a restocking fee please. I really don't have the money for that. Anyway you could help me would be greatly appreciated.

I was not given the option for accessible seating but I have friends that are sitting in accessible seating and hopefully we can squeeze in together
I was not given the option for accessible seating
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
