I had no idea I was on this 3rd party website. I googled live nation and did not notice I wasn't on that site. When I selected the tickets it gave me a "total" bit when I purchased that "total" was per ticket - not the total purchase price. I needed up paying more than triple what the tickets would have been on Ticketmaster/live nation. I am disputing the charge as this was fraud.

When purchasing tickets, I'd like to see all of the choices and where to sit. I found it difficult to use that function. When I selected a section, it kept showing me other section ticket choices

I ordered the tickets in April and I'm not getting them electronically until 2 days before the event. Shouldn't it be immediate like others?

Price of ticket was posted and nowhere did it say anything about fees or delivery charges! I contacted Customer Service and she told me that "I don't believe you" multiple times!

Did not disclose fees in the prices until after you checkout. Fees were almost as much as the tickets. Tried to get a refund within 10 minutes of purchase (due to high fees) and would not provide any refund.

The price for the parking ticket was $42. I needed up
Paying $65 With all the fees and transfer fees. It's ridiculous.

I kept requesting codes, would get a code, would enter it, and it would be invalid. It took the better part of an evening to finally get the tickets ordered

They deceive you by hijacking http :// & posing as StubHub. Only thing they sell is a promise of hope.

Quick & easy. Other sites had you on hold a long time

Tried to buy a parking ticket right before the game. Took 20 minutes for the email to arrive. Then required me to download and app and set up an account to access the ticket. Couldn't get the account set up, trouble with the password. Tried to access chat support and just got a lot of pre-loaded platitudes. Never accessed the ticket. Unable to get a refund or credit.

The subtotal was either not provided, or not clearly visible, prior to submitting the order. I would not have proceeded had I know about the hefty service charge. Later discovered the ticket prices were double the price offered by the venue as well. Better off buying directly from the venue.

Marking ur tickets up 3 times what you can get from the improv website is absurd. The, use the profits to pay Google to show up first in the search... real nice.

I am a 75 year old man not at all that computor savy to try to print out tickets took me over 40 min other web sight that i buy tickets was much easer it should not be that hard. It would help if you could make it easier.

I thought I was paying a certain price for my tickets and way more came out of my account. Much more than I would have paid considering I am upper bowl and nose bleed.

Beside the fact I don't have my tickets yet, I pay more for the same tickets somewhere else.
