The screen said $87.00 x2 right before I paid, then when I entered in my information, the price went up to $259.05. All sales are final so no going back after the fact. Could've bought these ticket for MUCH lower anywhere else, but didn't realize the full price until afterwards. Seems dishonest.

SCAM. They even charge a delivery fee for an electronic ticket that never shows up.

I am still waiting to here if they have my new mobile number so I can receive my tickets

I was mislead on the price of the tickets by close to $1,000. I was uniformed about the price raising from the price shown on the website. I've now disputed the amount with my credit card company. The his concert is months away and I've not attempted to get the tickets. I actually work at the venue where the concert will be held. I can purchase the tickets at a normal price directly from the casino.

Done with ease for this senior. However, didn't understand that the cost of the insurance would be so high. Lesson learned.

I purchased 2 tickets to Book of Mormon at the southern Alberta jubilee for November 29. I live in Edmonton where we have the northern Alberta jubilee so the following morning I realized my error and immediately contacted tickets on sale via chat, phone and email. They were supremely unhelpful even when I reminded them of buyers remorse rules. They told me I should just resell the tickets and in fact encouraged me to increased the price I was charged and earn a profit. They are actively encouraging me to scalp my tickets and be part of the problem with event tickets becoming too expensive for the average person. When I told them that buyers remorse laws exist and that I would be disputing this transaction with my bank I was threatened by the customer service rep.

I had no idea I was on this 3rd party website. I googled live nation and did not notice I wasn't on that site. When I selected the tickets it gave me a "total" bit when I purchased that "total" was per ticket - not the total purchase price. I needed up paying more than triple what the tickets would have been on Ticketmaster/live nation. I am disputing the charge as this was fraud.

When purchasing tickets, I'd like to see all of the choices and where to sit. I found it difficult to use that function. When I selected a section, it kept showing me other section ticket choices

I ordered the tickets in April and I'm not getting them electronically until 2 days before the event. Shouldn't it be immediate like others?
