Went to the website for parking for a Mariners baseball game. The website said $36 for the ticket & that there were only 1-2 tickets available left. So I clicked on it to purchase & then an additional $11 fee & $8 fee were added totaling to $55! When I pull into the building the price to pay at the gate was $15! AND the building was half full PLENTY of parking there. PLUS I doubt that if the building had been full, I'd be let in...

I got a spot that the closest spot was 1/2 mile away and after fees was twice the price

I accidentally ordered two parking tickets as the website wasn't clear as I had myself and one other person in the car. I have tried to get a refund for the second parking ticket but to no avail as it was not scanned and we only had one car. The process was not great

I bought tickets to see a concert. I was new to this and picked one of the first websites after my search…. I bought the tickets, that was easy enough. However, I saw the same seats for almost half price on the site where my tickets were delivered. I'm sorry, but I feel like I was ripped off. That I would have paid more is one thing, but almost double?!? No surprise that all sales are final. Well… live and learn!

I purchased parking pass for Braves game which included a significant fee for using your service. I have tried to get the tickets to my phone unsuccessfully. Have tired to call for assistance in this activity. First number passed me along to another number as they could not help me. The next number has call overload and does not seem to be answering the phone.

Thought I was getting two final four tickets and all I got was two Monday Night tickets not for the full event maybe something went wrong. I feel cheated

The screen said $87.00 x2 right before I paid, then when I entered in my information, the price went up to $259.05. All sales are final so no going back after the fact. Could've bought these ticket for MUCH lower anywhere else, but didn't realize the full price until afterwards. Seems dishonest.

SCAM. They even charge a delivery fee for an electronic ticket that never shows up.

I am still waiting to here if they have my new mobile number so I can receive my tickets

I was mislead on the price of the tickets by close to $1,000. I was uniformed about the price raising from the price shown on the website. I've now disputed the amount with my credit card company. The his concert is months away and I've not attempted to get the tickets. I actually work at the venue where the concert will be held. I can purchase the tickets at a normal price directly from the casino.
