I attempted to purchase two tickets to the sphere in Las Vegas for $137 each. My credit card showed that I was charged $371 and it was not listed when I hit the submit button. I called and was told that your systems are down and they can't cancel or refund my order at this time, the guy barely spoke English and told me that I needed to charge with my credit card company

I made a purchase for a parking space for an event, I hit the purchase button before I realized that I was to be charged $21 dollars of transaction and service fees for a $43 parking ticket. Of course I could have paid closer attention on the purchase screen, but I did not. I immediately started a customer chat to try to cancel the order while it was still pending, but the representative was slow to respond and continually kept citing policy, and eventually the purchase went through. I tried calling the help line and got the smae results.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
