I attempted to purchase two tickets to the sphere in Las Vegas for $137 each. My credit card showed that I was charged $371 and it was not listed when I hit the submit button. I called and was told that your systems are down and they can't cancel or refund my order at this time, the guy barely spoke English and told me that I needed to charge with my credit card company

I made a purchase for a parking space for an event, I hit the purchase button before I realized that I was to be charged $21 dollars of transaction and service fees for a $43 parking ticket. Of course I could have paid closer attention on the purchase screen, but I did not. I immediately started a customer chat to try to cancel the order while it was still pending, but the representative was slow to respond and continually kept citing policy, and eventually the purchase went through. I tried calling the help line and got the smae results.

The purchasing process went fine. I will reserve judgement for when I actually receive my tickets.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, all answers were robotic. I was unwillingly charged for 3 tickets to park at an oracle park for the April 5 game. I did not select 3 tickets to park 1 vehicle, there was no indication at checkout I was purchasing 3 or a price total indicating the total amount so I bought 1 ticket and charged for 3! I called customer service only to receive robot response. On your confirmation email it says if there is any wrong with this transaction call immediately and that's what I did only to be told we take your that they can take no action because all sales are final. I'm usually ok with that if I'm being charged for what I wanted but I did not want 3 tickets nor did I choose 3 tickets let alone want to pay for 3 when I only needed 1.
