Said one piece and was $20 dollars more. Did not know till after sales

Well first of all I've used tickets on sale more than a couple times and every single time I have had a fantastic experience everything is directing to the point and very easy to maneuver and purchase tickets I have never had an issue and would recommend to all of my friends and family

I ordered tickets to the Leanne Morgan show in June as a gift to some family members. In the past when I ordered, I immediately received the tickets via email. In this instance, when I followed up, they are guaranteed to arrive the day before the show. Since I cannot get a refund, I'm now stuck waiting to see if the tickets actually arrive. When I contacted your customer service department, I was told that the seller probably hasn't received the tickets yet. So…if you don't have the tickets yet, how can you sell them. I'm very disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

This is not an official ticketing site, but a 3rd party scam site that charges an arm and a leg in fees.

So I mistakenly bought 1 ticket for a concert. And within 48 hours I wanted to cancel it or take it back or whatever. But there isn't a way of actually talking to the seller just to Tickets on sale. I mean maybe I could work something out with the seller. And now the ticket won't come to me until April 30. The show is May 2. People make mistakes and I guess in this day and age it doesn't matter. People don't care about your mistake they just want to punish you for it.

Purchase, or potential purchase using this service was easy. I say potential purchase because despite having to pay now, the seller does not have to transfer tickets until the day prior to the event, months from now. Additionally, there is no means to contact the seller, and the original ticket service use was not even provided.

The process of purchasing the tickets was easy. But no clear date to receiving the tickets until possibly until the day before the event is poor. This all done electronically. 6 weeks possible time lag is silly.

Had no trouble with the site, but the fees were outrageous!

I would have bought my ticket either way...but the add on service fees are outrageous and I would like to have known HOW much before the purchase was completed.

TicketsOnSale is an unscrupulous site that uses deceptive tactics to fool consumers into thinking they are using a competitive business. Shame on me for falling for it, I have learned my lesson.

Paid for tickets to an event, don't get what I paid for until day before the event? I have to download an app to get the tickets which I will most likely remove as soon as I'm finished with it?

I purchased a parking pass on your website. It would not let me download cause I had to wait for 3 different emails. I think you really need to sell things that are instant download, you should not have to wait for someone to send you a link to download a pass by the time I was sent my parking pass I was already in the stadium. I know I'm talking to a brick wall but the way I lost $60.00 was BS. I will never use your app or service again.

I paid prior to showing up and when I arrived I was told that it was $28 cheaper to pay on arrival

I purchased two tickets and was not even allowed to choose the seats, I then was not allowed to get a refund even though the tickets are for a game months from now and that I bought them minutes ago.

We bought tickets at $1500 each (2). Got charged over $2000 and $1300 service charge

Horrible experience. Makes no sense that you can't cancel an order when this is an option given on pretty much every other ticket website. Assistance was bad and didn't provide me a straight answer on why i couldn't get my money back.

The site showed one price for 2 tickets then the total was more than double that. In my opinion, all those costly details are hidden or absent. Then no refund or canceling. I felt scammed.

You must pay a lot for SEO to be the first result for an event you're not even the promoter of. Shame on you for tricking people into buying your resale tickets when there are plenty of tickets on sale by the promoter. Yes, there was a disclaimer - two of them apparently - that I didn't notice on my tiny phone screen with my distracted multitasking brain.
