I wanted to buy a ticket for a friend. The system insisted that my ticket be displayed on a phone. I would prefer an option to print the ticket. I had to forward the information email to him and he was unable to store in his I Phone wallet.

To make a long story short. Ticketsonsale did not have the rescheduled date of a Jim Jeffries concert on their website. July 13 was on the website which was not the rescheduled date. After I bought the tickets, the link makes you go to TicketMaster to retrieve tickets. That's when I found out the date had been rescheduled to Nov. 29. I can't make this date. I asked for a refund and they refused. They did not have the rescheduled date on their website when I made the purchase. False advertising and theystill refused a refund. Bad business! I will never purchase tickets from them again!

The experience to make my purchase was fairly easy, but there were fees added that were not clearly disclosed during checkout. They fees weren't even detailed out in the email confirmation I received.
I contacted support who told me they aim to be clear and that during checkout I accepted terms and conditions that did not allow for a refund. I wasn't asking for a refund, I just wanted to know where the additional fees came from. They also told me I would receive my electronic tickets in July, but the event is in April. All of this makes this site sound sketchy.
Horrible experience! I was redirected from Ticketmaster to this site. The tickets I chose did not show foreign currency. The confirmation email did not attach my tickets. Also stated I was not guaranteed the chosen seats. Customer service rep refused to issue a refund.
Very dissatisfied. I attempted to cancel as soon as I realized you had added 33%. Unlike Ticketmaster there is NO cancellation possible. As I had paid via PayPal using a debit card I could not stop the transaction. I could not talk to an operator as there the "customer service" has no person to talk to. I worked out how to bypass the loop but the person I spoke to just read from a script stating your policy.
Who would pay triple the price for a show that isn't sold out? This company is a complete and total scam.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
