Too expensive found tickets for 160$ cheaper, we could have boutyhrough ticket master for half the price. I found this out after. So disappointed

The customer service was very patient to answer my questions and help me dispel my concerns, which was very heartwarming

My order was confirmed online and by phone then somehow it was cancelled because the "broker sold them elsewhere ". Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

Horrible. They charged in USD after the prices were listed in CAD and never delivered the tickets that were 3 times the price to begin with. A big scam.

I ordered 3 tickets for a baseball game and received confirmation and an email saying I'd receive my tickets shortly. After not receiving them and 2 lengthy phone calls with customer service…. I still never received my tickets and I was told I couldn't get a refund.

$25 tickets cost $60 plus $60 in fees. $120 for a $25 current value concert. Do not buy tickets here.

I was not able to choose my seats. I had to to enter the number of tickets I needed and there was never a chance to pick where I wanted to sit

Fast,convenient... easy totally awesome. I missed an opportunity to make 4 payments for my tickets... but that's ok.
Glad the option was there... maybe next time I will select that prior to purchasing.

I ordered my parking pass for a baseball game the same day as the game (bad on me but I had forgotten). I ordered. Got my confirmation of purchase which actually said I would get a text w my pass. I didn't after and hour (now only 3 hours to game.). I looked in email, also not there. I was frustrated at that point.
So I did live chat. This pet went fabulously and was super helpful and fast to fix it. He identified my order & told me to log on to the mlb and it would be there (it was) and situation fix in 30 seconds.

The ticketsonsale should post that if you don't get the email to log on, it would save calls I am sure.

Don't show me that the parking is $23 and the charge me 38.00 your a rip off!

Great. Overpriced, nearly 50% but it is resale. The application worked well, but it's general admission so it shouldn't have any problem from the start.

Very good to use cost was more than affordable it was something to o and we bought them for a friends birthday

I bought tickets for the 4:30pm showing. When I arrived at the venue, the tickets were for the 7:30pm showing. I had guests with me, so had to buy new tickets. This cost me $450, so my whole experience of Ticketsonsale was very poor. I should be credited the amount.

There is no total before you get charged. It says the price then you put your card info in and submit and bam. You just got scammed for way more then it originally said.
