Either I was not aware of the amount of additional fees would be charged or I mistakingly missed it, until I saw my receipt. I would have appreciated knowing this amount before my credit card was charged.

Pas de service en français mais ticketmasger.ca dit bien canada. Alors très déçus d'avoir des frais exorbitant pour quelque chose qui n'est vraiment pas bien inscrit dans les descriptions.

Ordering parking passes to have guaranteed access to an event and then not receiving the passes until 45 minutes before game time was unacceptable. I had to park somewhere else and was unable to use the passes or would have missed pre game events. Parking is different than game time tickets.

You accepted my payment in full BUT you won't give me my tickets until sometime before the show. That's BS.

I was routed to this site from an email directly from the artist website stating a 10% discount would be applied. It was not given.

Mapping for ticket selection was good. Checkout was a breeze

When we arrived to parking, There were 4 other cars supposed to be parking in the spot our ticket said. Seems like someone reselled the same parking to steal people's money. We all had Resident parking #1 on our pass!

I bought digital tickets from TicketsOnSale three weeks ago and still haven't received them three weeks later. I paid several hundred dollars for these tickets and I find this situation absolutely ridiculous.

TicketsOnSales tells me it's business as usual. This is the first time in my life that I've bought digital tickets and not received them immediately. I find this completely unacceptable. It's like going to a restaurant and paying for my meal three weeks after I've eaten it.

I would strongly advise anyone against using TicketsOnSale. As far as I'm concerned, they're corporate scalpers.

I purchased a ticket for $39 and was charged $60 with no explanation

I was disappointed to discover the price was in US dollars on what I thought was a Canadian site and at a Canadian venue.

So many fees. Two tickets that were about $200 became $300 with all the fees.

Not very clear on what the extra charges are for or what amount they are until you go to pay
