Purchasing tickets was easy and didn't have any issues with the site, connection or purchase.
The ticket prices were shocking enough. But they i get back doored with all the extra fees $38.00 per ticke for processing, $9.50 to send an email.
Very sketchy way of selling tickets. Will not give you the service fees before purchase. Will not cancel or refund, you are stuck with them now at a purchase rate higher than you expected. Also, dont have tickets yet until couple of days before event, hopefully they arrive, not sure I trust they will.
$50 service fee was not explained when I ordered the tickets. Almost the cost of one ticket!

Bought these afraid of a quick sell out didn't realize the added fees would be more then the tickets and that despite the claims for insurance covering refund or resale possibilities you're totally stuck with the overpriced tickets.
My charge was $416! $93 service charge, $7.50 electronic transfer and $31.72 tax!

We are 40+ year theater goers and NEVER have I been so swindled by ticket seller.
I did not see where the fees were indicated until after the tickets were purchased which jumped the cost 50%. All sales are final. Not a customer friendly site. Will not purchase from this site again. Very disappointed.
Had to purchase separate pass for my parking ticket. They dragged
First time to use. Bad experience. Needed to cancel purchase before I even received verification of purchase but I was told that refund was not possible. All I had at time of refund request was my PayPal transaction code. Had not received TicketsOnSale verification code yet but they still refused to cancel my order! When I finally received the verification the only time on it was from original order time not the time that I received my copy. Great big hassle to get refund.

I booked tickets to a show, on my invoice it said a "total billed" with the amount, when I checked my credit card statement, I was billed $100 more than the invoice indicated.
Tried to contact the company to question this and they were "unavailable at this time"
