Great site the service was great and the assistance was amazing. Easy site to navigate.

Bought tickets a few days ago and have not received/ heard anything from seller. There is now way to contact seller which is silly considering they have my money and I have nothing.

I thought I was purchasing a parking ticket for $27, after I completed my transaction I was billed $44.

I'm looking at electronic delivery and they say that I might not see the tickets until the day before. I have never experienced such a delay and it makes me nervous. I have other plans involving this weekend in the works.

Went to buy 1 parking pass and the website auto populated 19 as the total number. No refunds. Showed $33 for 1 ticket. After purchasing it showed as x19. Careful using this website.

I feel I was fooled into buying the inflated price tickets as I thought it was the ticketmaster site, looks almost identical

This is a ticket resale site and yet I was still able to have my tickets within a half-hour of them being purchased. I was very pleased.

First time on site. Found out after purchasing that there was a $90 fee for service. No where in checkout did it mention this. Also, guess I'm buying someone else's tickets and won't be "transferred" till later...lesson learned. Could have gotten tickets from another well known vendor for much less and for less fees!

Website operates in multiple countries and Website should be able to display USD in front of any $ Amount.
It seems misleading showing just $ sign.
Customer accessing from Canada or Australia would naturally assume its showing their currency value, when it is not.

I received 3 emails saying urgent. I never received my ticket. Paid the insurance and still trying to get a refund. Jump through several hoops and still not even close to getting a refund. Absolutely a waste of money.

Very easy to get tickets after subscription. Knew exactly when they want on sale and before they sold out.

Self explanatory. The app is very difficult to move around.

I was purchasing tickets for the PGA on April 5th for April 6th.
I was charged for April 5th tickets as well as April 6th. I was charged twice.
When I got to the venue you tickets could not be accessed by the PGA ticket door.
Consequently I had to purchase additional tickets through Ticket Master.

$121 of hidden fees?! When the tickets where $43? And I got them cheaper on the official event website for $15 a ticket. This place is a scam and I got hosed!

Easy to find and place order for tickets. Would use again for future events.

I am shocked to find out only after the purchase, along with the insurance policy to protect my purchase, that there is no possibility for a refund, and the insurance policy is worthless. I had no idea that I was purchasing tickets from a shady third party vendor. Now I'm out over $300 for something I can't use.
