We thought we were buying $89 tickets to the Walmart AMP but after we got the ticket receipt we learned we were billed $243 and the ticket didn't break down the cost difference.

Easy to buy the tickets didn't take long to buy it.

It's nice they have tickets that are sold out. Price could be a little better but if it's important, you will buy. Glad I checked this site for tickets to a show I wanted to see that was sold out thru tickets master.

I recently purchased a parking pass for an event in August through Tickets on Sale, and I must say, the experience has been far from satisfactory. The primary issue lies in the lack of clear information regarding the delivery of the parking ticket. Upon completing my purchase, all I received was a vague email stating that the seller would provide the parking ticket by the day of the event. This leaves me in a state of uncertainty for the next four months, wondering whether I will actually receive the ticket on time.

The absence of clear communication and transparency is alarming. It's unclear whether the ticket will come directly from Tickets on Sale or from an individual seller using their platform. The lack of detail and assurance is concerning, and it makes me feel like I'm just supposed to cross my fingers and hope for the best.

At this point, I'm starting to feel like I might have been scammed. I understand that some processes take time, but the complete lack of clarity and assurance is unacceptable. I expected a smoother and more transparent transaction from a ticketing website, and unfortunately, Tickets on Sale has not met those expectations.

I purchased tickets. The price total was severely different than what came out of my account.

To find out it was USA dollars. When the musical is playing in Windsor, Ontario Canada.

Can't properly rate my satisfaction with the "products" I received until after the concert. And the only part that sucked in this process is purchasing tix to see snoop with floor seats is that I should have realized that unless it says C or CAD next to the cost, it's implied that the price is in USD. My oversight and excitement to purchase great seats at an amazing price cost me roughly 300 more in total for the two tickets. I felt that the next day when I looked at my account let me tell you. I'll be more careful next time (Missy E) when purchase my tickets thru this outlet. 100% would to it again

Made a mistake with my order and needed to cancel my transaction. Contacted customer service minutes after my purchase and was denied based on the websites terms of service

The customer representative was rude and don't send the email or confirmation on time

Purchased tickets and did not receive them in time to use them. Had to purchase other tickets and customer service was awful and refused to help me. Never buy tickets from here.

I believe your site is fraud. Posting cheap tickets in a expensive area confusing customers

Bought tickets a few days ago and have not received/ heard anything from seller. There is now way to contact seller which is silly considering they have my money and I have nothing.
