The price of the tickets was more than i expected to pay

The tickets were supplied for the wrong date and time. I did NOT use them and was required to buy tickets at the box office.

The experience was very satisfying, quick/easy, to purchase tickets.

Inefficent, expensive, and unreliable. I purchased a seat in the center right section according to the seat chart. Upon arrival the seat was in the far right section.

Paid 99 for a 70 charge - the same lot was 50 at the concert

Horrible nothing was shown just the face value and so there for makes people believe that's what they are paying then the amount is totally different when they charge the card.

Was looking for tickets to the grand old Opry because we have some friends visiting from California wanted to see a show

Still waiting for my email delivery of parking ticket. Tried to contact for more information, but will not go through.

The email stated to click the below link and that I may have to create an account. But when I click the link, I immediately get two tickets with barcodes. Is this correct? There is no statements confirming that correctly accepted the tickets. Leaves me wondering if all is correct.

Never received ticket on phone before i parked. Had to be at fenway early & had to use another lot. $93 waste

Your site was not clear on terms. Did not know it was US dollars. Did not know I would not get tickets until 2 days prior to the event.

A friend helped me get my amazing daughter tickets. We just adopted her and this is her "Birthday" present. I would give 5 stars, but it would not let me purchase the advance line purchase to get her upfront. I'll do better next time.

We thought we were buying $89 tickets to the Walmart AMP but after we got the ticket receipt we learned we were billed $243 and the ticket didn't break down the cost difference.

Easy to buy the tickets didn't take long to buy it.

It's nice they have tickets that are sold out. Price could be a little better but if it's important, you will buy. Glad I checked this site for tickets to a show I wanted to see that was sold out thru tickets master.

I recently purchased a parking pass for an event in August through Tickets on Sale, and I must say, the experience has been far from satisfactory. The primary issue lies in the lack of clear information regarding the delivery of the parking ticket. Upon completing my purchase, all I received was a vague email stating that the seller would provide the parking ticket by the day of the event. This leaves me in a state of uncertainty for the next four months, wondering whether I will actually receive the ticket on time.

The absence of clear communication and transparency is alarming. It's unclear whether the ticket will come directly from Tickets on Sale or from an individual seller using their platform. The lack of detail and assurance is concerning, and it makes me feel like I'm just supposed to cross my fingers and hope for the best.

At this point, I'm starting to feel like I might have been scammed. I understand that some processes take time, but the complete lack of clarity and assurance is unacceptable. I expected a smoother and more transparent transaction from a ticketing website, and unfortunately, Tickets on Sale has not met those expectations.
