Kinda nerve racking, purchased our tickets through Ticketmaster but had no idea it was a third party sale. The links on your email concerning purchase update did not work.

I didn't realize this was a resale site because I was distracted cooking supper. I googled Melissa Etheridge tickets and this site popped up first so I clicked on it. I don't remember seeing all the additional fees and once it hit submit, my total for 3 tickets that were $109 each ($327 total) ended up being $441.60. ($114.60 in fees) I was originally trying to buy $70 tickets and once I submitted the payment it said they were no longer available. I still had more than 3 minutes left on the timer. Anyway, I got the tickets I wanted but I did find them for far less on another site. I will definitely pay more attention the next time I purchase tickets.

Tickets will only be delivered on the day of the event. I was not even told what are my seats (just the row). The purchase cannot be cancelled not even minutes after being purchased.

First my order didn't show fees or taxes until after I paid for my parking pass. The pass was listed at $31 online and ended up at $43 after checkout. On top of that the lot was listed significantly cheaper when I arrived. With it only being $10 at the gate.

Before I could complete my order I had to click no on several other pop ups asking me if I wanted to subscribe to them/their email. I shouldn't have to do that when I'm trying to purchase tickets from you. Also I noticed your little box was prechecked putting me on your email distribution list. Glad I caught that and unchecked the box.

The price listed for an even is the same as on every other website, but you are not informed on the currency until the very last moment. This way my $99 CAD dollar ticket became $200 cad at check out with higher fees and exchange rate.

Your ticket price is too high, I was misled by your website, the wrong order.

So it appears legit but you can't pick up seats per say. The selling agent selects your seats. So I have tickets. I know the section but not where I am sitting. So I actually purchased more seats in case these turn out not to be good seats and you can't get a refund...I'll know better next time

First time using this site. My total was supposed to be $265 and they ended up charging my credit card $370.

I ordered the ticket and that was quite clear and easy. When it came time to download the ticket there were a lot of difficulties and they also requested another credit card input to get the app which says it is free but the fine print indicates a $49 charge. Not going to happen. Just send me the ticket to park please. I have already paid.

Didn't see the hidden service fees when I was purchasing my parking pass. Can't find an itemized receipt. Can't believe the fees increased my purchase by 50%. Won't use this service again

Purchase tickets, less than 30 mins later requested a refund because I could no longer attend. Was told, in essence, "oh well" we can't help you.

My experience was quick and to the point I went right to the website I got my tickets and I checked out it couldn't be anymore easy to do so.
