Easy Peasy, they took care of all my needs and helped me out with my situation

It was terrible and I would like a refund please. The ticket did not work.

Tickets charged 3 times on my card. I'm hoping they will only be taken out of my account once.

Upon being charged, there were approx. 150.00 in hidden fees that I was charged. Tried to get a refund but was told I couldnt get one.

I am here. Tickets will not pull up. Keeps saying oops. I'm here for my 8 year old sons birthday. Can't get in. Pot party was fine and now no monster jam. Was told I cannot be refunded either. I will be filing a lawsuit and my local paper the citizen I'm auburn ny which I wrote for will have this story in editorial section.

Paid for insurance on tickets and they deny having any record of that.

My tickets we're almost 50% more because of fees, and after I purchased, I got a huge number of scammy offers to grab my email address for the clear purpose of sending me an endless barrage of junk email.

Good method it was very easy to get the ticket and the access to the event was also very quickly.

Tried to get a price but you have to go through the steps and you have to purchase. I bought the Insurance that says you can cancel, but you can't. They won't give you the policy number you need to cancel. Worst experience ever. This is a deliberate scam

Fees were not properly disclosed and utterly ridiculous when I checked out. $90 higher than the "shown" price when I selected them. This is beyond acceptable. I want a refund. Now I'm sitting here thinking I'm scammed because I have no tickets either.

I put AXS into Google and clicked on what I thought was AXS to purchase tickets. After I purchased the tickets, I learned it was not AXS and was charged way too much for what I thought I was ordering. Hopefully this is not a scam and I actually get the tickets transferred to my AXS account!?

Price was 145… receipt shows 145. Credit card charged 195. Literal theft and no explanation on why the price difference

I stumbled upon this website unintentionally. I was searching for the tickets I needed on Google, and this website was the first result that popped up. I thought it was the official website until I completed the payment and realized it was a resale platform. However, since refunds weren't an option, I could only hope that I would receive my tickets smoothly. While the original ticket price was lower than the official website, the handling fees were steep, making the total cost almost the same as purchasing from the official source. I quickly received the electronic ticket from the seller, and they were confirmed to be legit. The entire process went smoothly. Overall, I'm satisfied with this experience.

I thought the prices were high to begin with, it is at the Coliseum which is kind of a dump... sorry Coliseum. I bought 4 tickets, my receipt said = $2051.8 and then on my credit card invoice it shows up at $2857.55. Exchange rate, but this is not clear.
On the Heart FAcebook page, TicketLeader ticket prices say $35.00 - $181.00

When I selected my parking price, I think it would be nice to know that you are going to basically double the cost with fees.

I understand the convenience factor of buying tickets online but it's absurd that the fees for two tickets to a minor league baseball game valued at $12 each (which is visible on the ticket) would come out to over $76 with added fees.

On the website, the tickets were advertised in the $250 range for Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I purchased two tickets my credit card was charged $890? Nowhere did it say would be charged in US dollars. It comes across as a con job sadly.

It was so easy to purchase my tickets from here! Also the transfer happened instantly which was also nice!

To purchase tickets online and have a service fee that high is outrageous and sad
