I thought I was buying two tickets for $91. When I was typing my card info in all it said was $91x2 but after I paid it said I paid $257! There were fees that weren't shown to me until AFTER I paid. And when I called to get a refund they wouldn't let me.

We purchased a parking spot for a baseball game and received a significant extra charge at time of purchase. This was frustrating but just the beginning or a terrible experience. We had difficulty locating our parking spot, found it and parked. When we returned from the game we had a ticket on our car for not displaying our parking permit, which we were never provided with. This is a total scam! This is over $110 now for a $35 parking spot. This can't be legal. Don't waste your money or your sanity, purchase a parking spot with a different company.

I bought these tickets last night. Which was April 9. I received an email saying I will get these tickets by November 1. That's bull$#*!. I want the tickets that I purchased so I know everything is good with this and I am not getting scammed.

Was looking for tickets gave me one price was looking for final price none was given. Charged me immediately. When called to immediately to cancel no refunds I never seen their refund policy. They told me I can resell my tickets on social media because they weren't able to refund my tickets for parking.

Make sure you read the fine print before you opt to purchase tickets from this site! They adversely attractive prices that dont include hidden fees unless you read the fine print. 2 $90 tickets came to a $247.

I bought two tickets at $101 each. My total at check out was over $275!

My experience was good before you make me fill all this $#*! out. I wanted to put just the stars. I gave you 5 now I am going back and changing that to 3

The purchase of recent tickets went well. The fact that I had to download a worthless app that I likely will never use again was asinine.

My tickets were $60 but after fees they went up to $160. I will never buy from this site again.

The experience in purchasing the tickets was very easy and comfortable. The only problem I have is the exorbitant fees. I wish consumers can purchase and enjoy events that distress their lives without paying so much in these excessive fees.

Tried to cancel the order 1 minutes after purchase and it was refused.

I hope I get my tickets. They were expensive with hidden fees and they won't show up until the day before through some convoluted directions to download random apps Never again

You charge exorbitant transaction fees. For $109 ticket I was charged over $35 for processing.

The price quoted during the selection process did not indicate any added sercice fee which turned out to be over 37%. That was shocking and deceptive to me, especially when you are trying to buy tickets for a group and they get teh added cost. I am also disappointed you send out a clause that you can't guarantee I will receive my tickets until the day before the concert via email. I purchased them 7 months ahead of time and should receive them in at least 40 days.

The parking price is $20, I paid $41 thru this website after the fees. Not worth it.

Tried to get 1072 charged revered after ny special needs daughter took my phone and bought 2 tickets without me knowing 1072 Canadian was tape for 2 tickets … told them I didn't make the transaction and reply was sorry you can resell them! 2 tickets for $1072.,. That will never happen. So thanks to all the heartless people that are not returning transactions immediately after it happed. Hope you guys get to eat tonight!
