I purchased the tickets for $331.00 why was my card charged $531.00.

I thought I was on the official ballfield side and it was low on seating I thought so I seen some for $33 each and a decent section. It didn't show me where the road was located which I needed so that family members could walk and for now on the aisle without going too far so $33 times six would've been what I was supposed to pay instead once I pushed check out and paid it took out $400 for eight tickets. I am completely livid! I went to the official site after I seen what had happened and they are only $15 a seat. 😔

I purchased event tickets in August of 2021 for an event in September 2021 and never was reimbursed it is Spring 2024.

Easy to use, good tickets, emailed tickets easily able to put in electronic wallet. Tickets released to me immediately, a big plus! But tickets are in American dollars which was not made extra clear from the start.

Prices were higher than advertised. Where is my breakdown of prices? No mention of service charges just a price of $64.37 more than I thought with no chance of review. Please answer quickly before Icancel my order.

I thought I was on my ticket master or planet site when purchasing so my bad. I purchase another set of tickets for half cost and much better seats. The tickets from ticketsonsale won't be delivered until the day before the show. So difficult to resell. UGH

My $256 tickets ended up costing me almost $700. When I tried to cancel my purchase I learned that you can't. I will never buy tickets from here again.

I ordered my tickets and still have not gotten them. Spent over $1000. Can't contact them either.

I don't have my tickets which makes me question if I got the tickets or if it's a scam 🤷🏼‍

My tickets were the only ones available so I paid a premium for my tickets. The venue was changed days later and now there are many more tickets available. No ability to get a partial refund since I bought from a resale vendor. For this reason I probably won't use a resale vendor like TicketsOnSale again.

Tickets said they were already used, even though the canceled was a postponed event. Had to pay an extra $80 to park somewhere else

I've never used this site before. It was smooth and easy. Highly recommended.

Ridiculous fees, my mistake it won't happen again.

Unfortunately I chose a site that was out of country for a local concert. That's what you get for being in a rush. The overall experience was good until the end when I realized I had paid in the wrong currency…so more money. I'm sure the concert will be a good one, but it is unfortunate that I didn't stick to a local vendor because I also don't have the tickets yet which is a little unnerving.

Easy to look at where the seats are, know what is included and can protect my purchase.

I was charged $125 for parking not now this was a resale site and could have got same parking for $20

I ordered tickets for LSU baseball on game day when they did not arrive in time for the game. I requested a refund which was apparently granted. The credit is pending so Thank you for the refund but disappointed that tickets for sale were not available

I clicked on 2 $50 tickets, Nowhere was a ticket total sale price listed. When the charge hit my account, it was for $149. Except a giant difference in price, the tickets were delivered well.
