I purchased a parking ticket for the Red Wings game. In total it was over $90 for the parking pass. When I arrived at the structure and scanned my phone per their instructions the machine told me that the ticket was already used. I tried it twice and it was the same both times. I was completely stuck and had to purchase parking right there to be able to get in. It was $50. Had I known that I never would have purchased ahead of time. I have contacted you company for help in getting a refund and I'm just getting the run around! I am extremely upset and disappointed. This was my first experience with your company and my first visit to LCA. And to top it all off it was my birthday and my son got me the game tickets for my birthday!

I thought I was purchasing from Ticketmaster. I just way overpaid. Will definitely not purchase from This site ever again.

I got a confirmation that my ticket purchase went through, but I did not receive the ticket right away.

I place an order in error for two hockey tickets between Montreal and NY Islanders thinking I was reserving for a home game in Montreal.

I called Tickets on Sale customer service (CS) immediately even before I received the email confirmation of my order. After explaining my situation to the CS rep and that I live in Canada and not the USA. They put me on hold to "investigate", I was on holld for about 5 minutes, and they returned to tell me it was to late as the order had already been proccessed and confirmed.

I told them there was no way i could attend the game as I lived in Montreal, but they continued to say there is nothing they could do and told me to resell the tickets online. I told them that I was not interested in reselling and I wanted a canellation/refund since I just literally place the order. I also told them that it was ridiculous that the window to cancel was very nnon existent.

This is stupid - I placed an order and spoke to a CS rep within 5 min and they could not cancel it.

That is what you call a legal theif. Shame on you!

I ordered Fresno Grizzly Tickets order number *******. I have received emails stating that the tickets have been transferred. I have not been able to locate them. The emails that were sent had no content and the email sent by ticketsonsale states that the team or box office would send me an email to claim the tickets and I have yet to receive an email. This has been unpleasant and complex. If not resolved soon I will spread the word to NOT do business with tickets on sale due to their poor customer service and lack of information in regards to buying tickets.

I'm unable to contact anyone that can resolve the issue of getting double charged for the 2 tickets that I intended to purchase.

Easy to view seating options, and make selections. Paypal option made this seamless too.

Will never purchase from this seller ever again. Will be sure to tell anyone who's buying tickets not to use tickets on sale. Over priced and terrible customer service. Didn't see they only charge in USD. Absolutely felt ripped off from Tickets On Sale.

They didn't refund me my money a ticket got purchased by accident but of course they stayed with a ticket seat and my money! Horrible customer support!

You are given a price online and when they get your credit card number they triple the price and won't let you cancel!

I bought tickets for a concert on this website thinking that it was Ticketmaster. I have not received my tickets or confirmation that I will receive them by the day before the event and was told I could not cancel my order and get my $700.00 back.

Easy peasy purchasing online but fees are a little ridiculous. After purchasing these tickets, I found better seats and less expensive on another site. I guess it pays to check around before buying.
