It turns out the concert tickets were not even on sale at this time. But the order cannot be cancelled. There has to some license laws broken here. I suppos it will be a class action law suit in a few years.

I ordered my tickets nearly a week ago and still have not received them. According to the payment confirmation email, I should have received my electronic tickets a few hours after purchase. I reached out to customer service and they confirmed that my tickets still had not been sent. That's about all they were able to help me with. They couldn't tell me why I hadn't received them but that I "should" receive them before my event. If that's the case then that's what the customer should be told from the start to set the proper expectations. Fingers crossed I get them before my event.
You changed the amount and charged my credit card more and changed the parking lot I purchased.

When looking at tickets it just says section 323 not 323U which is misleading. I am not familiar with the seating so just looking at a map from vbcc it looked like tickets were in the Lower part of section 323. P is in section 323U. I called you immediately because it was saying processing. The lady(with a heavy accent) wouldn't upgrade to a lower level or cancel my order so I am stuck with nose bleed tickets with 3and 5 year olds

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
