No seat map was available so I have no idea where my seats are. Also, the tickets were in U.S. dollars and this wasn't clear at all. I'm in Canada. Tickets should be in our currency. Overall the info was misleading and incomplete.
Didn't realize I wasn't on the official ticket site - my fault - wasn't clear I was making a bulk purchase, so got 6 tickets instead of 1 - again my fault, but I feel as though it was never clear I was on a reseller site or I was making a bulk purchase until I was billed (and it was non-refundable). I'm no noob or boomer who doesn't know how to use interweb shopping sites, so let my expensive lesson be a warning to you.

The tickets I got were way overpriced compared to other sites like Ticket Master, they include a $110 service fee that's not very obvious. I got an email confirmation but if says I'll get the tickets on or before the concert in October. I honestly don't expect to see the tickets ever. Banks wont help dispute the charge either. Massive waste of time, money, and a huge headache overall. I don't even want the tickets anymore honestly but there's no way to return them either (which is disclosed at least).
When I bought the tickets there was no mention of US$ or all sales final. Within a few minutes I received a text from my card company the tickets I bought for $224 became $330. Don't use this website if you live in Canada

The site clearly has Ticket Master emblazoned across the top of the page, and if you are careless (as I was), you think you are purchasing from Ticket Master, but alas, you are being duped and end up paying way more than you have to. Customer service was of no help - it was truly an "But it goes to 11" moment. They just kept stonewalling, hiding behind their disclaimers. Very dissatisfied.
I selected a ticket that said $39 but when I checked out it said I was charged $60. Then when I received the parking ticket it said $25!

I contacted Customer Service, Customer Rep was very helpful explained the process. I only have one complaint and that is not being able to pick the seat I would like to have sat in
I was charged the wrong amount. They wouldn't refund me and claimed the extra charges were there at checkout (they were not). Customer service was horrible, giving unrealistic alternatives. The only recourse currently is to dispute through Amex. I never dispute a charge. Very disappointing. This was my first time using this service and I will never use it again.

We ordered tickets thinking we were on ticketmaster to find out after the fact that it wasn't actually ticketmaster.
We got sent tickets for the wrong date and paid almost $100 more then what I could have purchased on the actual ticket master website (tickets cost more as did the processing fees).
I had a positive experience with the Live Chat and was assured our issue would be resolved and I will be sent the correct tickets. Now I eagerly wait for the tickets in hopes that my daughter and I make it to the concert.

I don't know which seats I ordered. I wanted aisle seats, but there was no information regarding this. I also wanted two seats side by each, but there was no confirmation of this. Very, very bad!
I was sent FAKE tickets. They were made to look real, even with a fake button to add to my Google wallet, but they are very much not real. I attempted to contact ticketsonsale but they didn't respond so I submitted a PayPal claim.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
