Charged i US dollars for a Canadian event. Horrible service! Very dissatisfied. Want a refund!

Hidden fees over priced. I got same parking through another site for $40 this site charged me almost $90

Easy to use, quick response and my tickets for the event is on my phone. Too easy!

I purchased tickets for the wrong parking garage and was told there is no way to cancel or refund the ticket. I was charged $39 over what we paid at the gate of another garage connected to rocket mortgage.

No where did I see that there would be a $30 service charge to purchase a $64 parking ticket! Absolutely outrageous!

They stole 62 dollars from me, they never sent me my ticket

I still have not received my tickets for this event that has already been paid for

The ticket price was listed at $84. No total price at checkout until payment was made. Hiding your fees until after purchase is more than deceitful and is tantamount to scamming your customers. I'm currently working through channels to reverse the purchase. $#*! you!

Way to expensive and also take to long to get everything done

I expect to pay the price listed per ticket, and NOT get hit with various service/handling fees on the back end. Almost $80 added to the cost of already expensive tickets.
Never again.

Pricy tickets having to wait on tickets takes too long to have to go to a link and go to a site, just email them to me.

I wanted to get tickets for my husbands birthday. The tickets were a great price, and it was fast and easy.

I choose a 136usd product but the final price was around 50usd MORE than that and I still don't know why!

The amount was is us dollars and i expected the amount to be canadian dollars. It ended up beeing way too expensive for a concert...i contacted the customer service to ask for a refund and they basically told me its not possible even if the concert was a few months away

No seat map was available so I have no idea where my seats are. Also, the tickets were in U.S. dollars and this wasn't clear at all. I'm in Canada. Tickets should be in our currency. Overall the info was misleading and incomplete.

Didn't realize I wasn't on the official ticket site - my fault - wasn't clear I was making a bulk purchase, so got 6 tickets instead of 1 - again my fault, but I feel as though it was never clear I was on a reseller site or I was making a bulk purchase until I was billed (and it was non-refundable). I'm no noob or boomer who doesn't know how to use interweb shopping sites, so let my expensive lesson be a warning to you.
