Expensive and tickets should be shown/sold in currency of purchase
Too many issues to list, so I will explain one of the most frustrating experiences. When available seats are listed as 1-3 and you click to choose how many tickets you want, you are only given the option of buying 1 ticket or 3 tickets. 1-3 means there are one, two or three tickets available. I wanted to buy two tickets and I was not given that option. So I ended having to purchase worse seats at lower ticket prices. The knucklehead front end developer messed up the front end of this website.
We have email saying I got tickets but no tickets actually shown ghat I have seats where I purchased. It all say u will get get tickets by phone.the day before concert. I am older so seeing what I bought is important to me.

Do not purchase from here. They do not tell you what they are charging for and the fees are more than the tickets themselves. They do not provide refunds or adjustments either. I am having to dispute with my bank. Go through a more established provider.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
