This website is a trap, you realize the "pre-sale" price is double the actual price...stay away. No customer service and no accountability. STAY AWAY.

I believe I was misled in purchasing tickets. My invoice says one amount while my credit card has a larger amount. Do I even have legimitate tickrts.

The people that run this organization are experts in making it look like they are the venue or associated with it. They don't make it evident that they are pricing their tickets in $US, are resellers and your tickets won't be available until a few days before the performance. This is only evident in the obscure print on their website that's out of plain view. They got me but never again. Don't bother with these people.

Placed the order. Order confirmed over 200 days in advance and you will send me the tickets no later than 2 days before the event! Seems sketchie. Please advise

I am in canada but am only being shown US ticket prices. I searched ticket master canada and didn't notice being directed to you instead.
My bad and won't happen again!

Found the venue I wanted to attend and easily scrolled through the seating options to find an excellent section at the price I was comfortable spending. However, I was quite surprised at the amount of fees added to the original quoted price that I wasn't made aware of until after purchasing. Should show price plus fees before hitting the purchase button.

Worst service I ever experience in my life. Never again.

Should be stated next to the final amount that it is in US dollars.

Easy and quick but thought it was Canadian dollars

The ticket was supposed to be $55 but the system changed it to $80+ and I was unable to reject price. I was unable to enter the parking garage and had to purchase an additional ticket from the garage attendant. I immediately called customer service but my request for a refund was rejected.

Why can't we just buy tickets from the venue without huge fees. Ridiculous! Won't do it again!

I purchased tickets. They give you a certain amount of time. I was coordinating with a friend so hurried my purchase. After I did it, I realized that in addition to crazy prices(which I knew about) they charges OVER $50 PER TiCKET in fees!

Would like to cancel the tickets. My granddaughter ordered them for me and she did not know that.
