Ridiculous touch system resulted in tickets of 8 seats being selected over and over, I only required one (1) seat.
I chose Row 20 section G
And I received Row 32 section G. The very last row at the back of the seating inside the Venue.

Great experience it was very simple to do the tickets on my phone at my convenience. Look forward to using the service again.

Fast and simple to purchase the tickets and the transfer to me was done within 2 hours after I logged on to the sellers website and created an account.

Receipt says I paid $100.42 my bank says $142.08 they do not tell you about hidden fees.

This website was very easy to use. And I'm assuming secure.

No where on their website does it say the prices were in us funds so what I believed was a decent deal ended up being a terrible one. Will never buy from this service again.

I wished to get a refund for my tickets since I bought them 4 months in advance, but was not able to get anybody on the phone. I also send an email with my request but they said all sales were final sale

I did I mistake,thinking that this site was tiketmaster. And I could not cancelled my purchased in any way.

This company is fraudulent and will scam you and charge you 3 times for what the actual price is.

Tickets may not be available until the day of the event. If I am going to be flying down to Orlando from Canada, I want my tickets weeks in advanced.
We also don't know which seats we purchased. We only know the section and row.

I booked the wrong day and have tried to get it switched. Nobody has answered me.

The price for the parking pass was stated as $41. Once I got to the payment window it jumped to $64! How? That is insane! I understand a service fee but cmon. Upon arriving at the parking lot they were taking $41 at the gate for no prepaid parking. We were very irritated.

I was charged for a concert in a different nation then where I live and within 2 mins there is no way to cancel the tickets and get the right ones

Horrible experience I wish I never visited your site. It was a $200 mistake. They sell tickets here for 3 and 4 times the price. You can't cancel and if you try to email them you get a reply that says "this mailbox is not monitored" and no one helps you. They are price gouging!

The process is confusing and there is not enough information to know exactly what is being charged iuntil you commit to purchasing the ticket. You should be told upfront what fees are added to the ticket price and what options are available. I made costly errors in ordering my tickets and it has been disappointing.

I bought 4 tickets for an event listed as April 12th. Confirmation email says April 12th. Tickets arrived for Sept 5th. Apparently the event was rescheduled and the listing was incorrect. All sales final. Extremely unhappy

When we got to the parking lot, it cost $10! What a scam!

Have not received tickets, and if I don't there seems to be no way to get a return.
