Experience has been great so far. Orem was very helpful with my issue of not knowing if my tickets I purchased were seated together or not. He was very clear and up front about the questions I had. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We need more people like Orem in the customer service industry.

Two 80$ tickets turned into 210$. And no real tickets. Don't really understand why.

I purchased a ticket with a noted price. Once purchased, I received an email that was for $21 more for service fee. Usually, taxes and fees are itemized so you can see the total amount that will be charged before making a purchase. There was no mention of the exact fees, so this was alarming to know fees were 50% more than the cost of the ticket. I chatted online with an agent but he wouldn't budge and told me "it broke their heart that I wanted to cancel my order..." I won't use this service again.

Seems like there's a better way to see available seats. It was difficult seeing what seats were available.

Too cumbersome. No invoice provided with a cost breakdown. Over $100 of hidden costs were added to my purchase with no transparency.

I went to my regular website to purchase my tickets for a concert and didn't realize it now a third party I was buying my tickets from. My tickets were approximately $320. When I was billed the total was over $450. The extra fees are WAY TO HIGH!

I was sold tickets that were not available and days later e mailed that fact.

In just 2 or 3 clicks I got my ticket! Simple and Effective

Bought parking for a concert I had tickets to. The concert tickets came with regular general parking but I bought premium parking through ticketsonsale. I never got them only a link to the general parking that came with my concert tickets. Cannot get anyone on the phone. After an hour with chat they told me they would expedite it and to email screenshots of what I received. I did. Never heard anything.

You know full well you made me believe your site was Ticketmaster, and you charged me way more than I expected for the tickets

Misleading terms and conditions. Rude customer service. Zero flexibility with circumstances

I'm purchasing these tickets as a birthday present for son-in-law. Requiring a cell phone is not easy for everyone, including this 77 year old grandmother.

Worked out fine...just very expensive and took an hour to get out of parking ramp and downtown area.

Tried to cancel as its fraud on my credit card and they gave me the run around! Impossible to get their attention on the matter. Was told to resell tickets!

I was told that the full price I would pay for my 5 tickets would be 883.00...I was actually charged another 400.00 on top of that...Noone will refund me that 400.00...

Smooth purchasing, but ticket prices were double the amount of what they were through the actual venue.Will definitely go through the venue from now on and not through here.
