All the added fess ABSOLUTELY SUCK! It's totally ridiculous that they add so much to the ticket prices.

I was taken aback how quick the tickets were selling and why so many cost(s) were associated with the ticket purchase. The list was endless!

However, I got what I came for and all can be forgiven, as per the performance, which will be great!

Nowhere on the site could I find that there were additional fees over and above the price of the tickets. I tried to find a subtotal somewhere before I clicked purchase, and could not. Then I clicked it, and came to find out that there's a 35% fee added on top. I will never use your service again and will tell everyone I know not to.

I bought two tickets to the circus in Worcester worth 42 dollars each and in the end they charged me 120 dollars, I think this is very wrong as I only saw this in the confirmation email

Site worked fine but hidden ridiculous "service charges" are a straight up ripoff. Must stop or I'll stop buying.

Your seller is your companies problem. You provide service to me and it was wrong then tell me to deal with the seller.

I will take 100s of hours of your company's people and resources time until I feel my 100 dollars you will not refund is even.

Me, and any one I convince will be rewriting terrible reviews on any site we can find.

Next time just send me my refund.

You will be charged $100 more than expected after your purchase. It notes it in very fine print at the bottom of the page, but does not have a defined charge.

Extremely difficult to download tickets to Google wallet. Never get it accomplished..

It was pretty easy. Just trying to understand downloading tickets.

I have booked the tickets not knowing there was a huge service fee on tickets and just realized after clicking on place order that there was small font letters that shows total amount is more than ticket price but I couldn't stop it from the booking. Immediately tried to cancel it by calling your rep but they declined to cancel the booking. Not showing service fee or convenience fee in the cart and not giving an option to cancel within short period after booking all these are worst experience I have ever faced with any online booking.

The site looks like Ticketmaster and appears as the first search item when you search Ticket Master. Not until after I confirm3d my ticket purchase did I realize that the purchase was in US funds which nearly doubled the cost in my currency. No refund makes it impossible to Correct such a mistake.

Sneaky sales tactics to squeeze in a service fee at the very end of a transaction.

Wanted specific seats near friends. Couldn't do it. I paid a good $50 more than they did for tickets they bought yesterday.

This is a THIRD party site. You will pay TRIPLE what the tickets actually cost. They DO NOT do refunds. Exit the site and go to the actual vendor. They charged me 139.00 for 2 adult tickets. The tickets cost 20.00 through the actual vendor. Learn from my mistake!

Got an email after I ordered them to tell me they were cancelled so I don't know if I've paid for tickets or not?
