Someone else use my card to purchase tickets through this site so obviously I canceled. Well, I tried to legitimately order myself they cancelled on me and refuse to allow me to purchase further site anymore. Doesn't matter I was rerouted to here anyways and had no intentions of going through anybody but Ticketmaster plus the tickets were more expensive here

O did not reviewed tickets. They only make excuses. It's a scam

A very easy process but upon finalizing purchase an added $20 fee per ticket was charged.

I bought 3 tickets at $66 each. After all the fees charged I ended up paying $298. Total rip off and they don't allow cancellation. Never again

I didn't do my homework! I paid twice as much on this site for tickets! I bought tickets for the same game and section the next day for half the price! I think this site scammed me out of my money.

I have the receipt with one price, the was charged in the CC 50% more?

These parking spots were listed as Paycom Center Lot and they were not even close to the Paycom center, they were listed at $43/spot and then they added almost another $40 in service fees. It was a half mile away from the Paycom center. I thought I was paying more because it was at the paycom center. I could have parked close for much less. Also, it took over an hour to get the email telling me where the parking was located. I will never use this "service" again!

Website was easy to navigate. Affordable tickets seating chart was good but seat viewing would be better

Sold me tickets to a concert that's not even on sale yet for 3x the price of what they will sell for once they become available.

Buying tickets on line sucks, I did not realize the service charges or did I realize it was in American dollars

Despite being assured I was speaking with a real person. I was provided the same dozen information lines over and over. I needed help not a poor ai chat that is a limited customer information line and not actual customer service.

There was nothing that said anything about fees being the ticket price. Go to check out and pay without ever being told there was another $175 added in fees! Very disappointed.
