Through Instagram I purchased Heart tickets. I was under the impression that these tickets would be charged in Canadian since this is a Canadian show. I was charged USD for a Canadian show. My tickets sent are from Ticketmaster. Why did I feel this was a legitimate way to purchase these tickets. I want a refund of 400$ as I paid 900.00?for 600.00 dollar tickets!
When I ordered 2 tickets (on my phone), for PWHL 27 April game Ottawa VS Montreal - I got an error msg saying the tickets I had selected were no longer available - so I started all over again. When I got home and checked my e-mail - I saw that the order was duplicated, and I was charged for 2 sets of tickets (orders ******* and *******). When I wrote to find out how to cancel one of these orders - you told me I was out of luck - that you are unable to cancel or modify the order. Pretty lousy customer service!
I'll think twice before reserving tickets again, texas a&m should have arranged this instead of a 3rd party. Thanks

They try to present like they are the main theatre or seller of the event. It is only resale and the prices are beyond the pale. I also bought insurance only for them to insist I had not purchased it. Zero flexibility on refunds. Impossible to talk to a real person about it. Would only recommend if you have zero other options.
I ended up buying that protection for 23 extra and I didn't want it

Parking was $79, but with fees was $112.37 which seems excessive. Another site had same parking lot at $84 total with all fees.
I could have gotten this for $30 less on seat geeks. Showed as $79 and billed me $112.37
Terrible experience, bought tickets for way more than I should have and with ticket Insurance I couldn't get a refund. Also attempted to get a refund just 2 days after purchase (no tickets received or anything)
The price was great and the process was very easy.I received my tickets right away.
