When I ordered 2 tickets (on my phone), for PWHL 27 April game Ottawa VS Montreal - I got an error msg saying the tickets I had selected were no longer available - so I started all over again. When I got home and checked my e-mail - I saw that the order was duplicated, and I was charged for 2 sets of tickets (orders ******* and *******). When I wrote to find out how to cancel one of these orders - you told me I was out of luck - that you are unable to cancel or modify the order. Pretty lousy customer service!

They try to present like they are the main theatre or seller of the event. It is only resale and the prices are beyond the pale. I also bought insurance only for them to insist I had not purchased it. Zero flexibility on refunds. Impossible to talk to a real person about it. Would only recommend if you have zero other options.

Parking was $79, but with fees was $112.37 which seems excessive. Another site had same parking lot at $84 total with all fees.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
