The company's reputation is mixed, with customers appreciating the user-friendly interface and timely responses from support staff, indicating a generally positive service experience. However, significant concerns arise regarding transparency in pricing, as many users report unexpected fees and difficulties in obtaining ticket delivery information. Complaints about the cancellation process and perceived fraudulent practices further detract from customer trust. While some customers express satisfaction with their purchases, the overall sentiment suggests a need for improved clarity in pricing and communication to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.

The price was great and the process was very easy.I received my tickets right away.
Great, easy peasy, and wonderful! My 15 year old son and I biked downtown and on a whim bought a couple of cheap seats to the game tonight. In seconds we were walking into Roger's Center. Didn't even need my wallet (good since I left if at home). Couldn't be a more perfect experience.
I typed "ticketmaster.com" into the search/url field of Google Chrome, expecting to be taken to ticketmaster.com, but because of how google now works, the first like was an ad for a competitor. Not just a competitor, but a resale site that bought tickets for me at 50% markup. I was in a rush to get tickets for my kid to a concert they really wanted to see, so I didn't pay close enough attention to the fact that I wasn't on Ticketmaster.com. What is the value is a resale site when tickets were still available on ticketmaster? I'd love to support buying tickets from someone else, but to have to pay a markup because of a sneaky company taking advantage of Google's slimy ad-placement tactics and STILL have to feed into the ticketmaster monopoly is extra infuriating.
I disappointed with the cost of the general admission on the lawn when i have friends going to the same concert and same general admission on the lawn and paid less and even bought a few days after i did.
I want a refund bait and switch tactics at best. Google searched the local website for tickets this third party led me to believe I was buying from them. Basically dishonest practices stole 25 bucks from me
The service fees were not listed anywhere prior to me Providing my credit card number. Which brought the tickets up Roughly $80.
I initially would have given a 10 out of 10 for the experience. What we thought was strange that the tickets needed to be printed to gain access to the performance. Okay... we got them printed. However, when we arrived at the show the bar codes could not be scanned and we had to go to the box office and wait in a lengthy line. The woman at customer service, Jamie, was most helpful and explained that we did not purchase tickets from ticketmaster but from a re-seller for a jacked-up price. Actual tickets were printed. When we returned to the show doors, one of our tickets still would not give us access and security had to get involved. Finally we both were allowed in and enjoyed an amazing show.
I paid $78 for a row parking spot. The app said it was a $49 spot.
Parking attendants had no idea what Row Parking was and sent me on my way.
I detested paying the mystery fee. I will not do it again.
I accidentally purchased six tickets and called a few minutes later, but the guy I spoke with was not helpful at all. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but he keeps telling me that he is the highest person that I can talk to.
The "protect my tickets" option is a big scam, 100% refund does not apply...I paid extra for it but then was told sales were final.
Could not get a refund after seeing a 200$ difference on my credit card statement cause of currency difference.
The on-line site was easy to access and use. I found four seats together in a good location in the venue. I received the e-tickets soon after I purchased them.
Not clear about tickets being resale or pricing. Presented as $139 per ticket - purchased 2 tickets. Called - tickets were $225 per ticket with additional charge of $104.88 service fees- total $604.88
I bought tickets for a hockey game. On game day I was worried because I hadn't received the tickets with 4 hours before game time. Online chat said it would be fine. Called with 1 hour before game time, still just kept saying they had dealt with this seller and I would get tickets. Advised that I should go to the arena to wait for my ticket email arrival. Tickets never arrived before game time. 2 mins after game time I called again. Put on hold, while on hold I received an Order Cancelled email, then the agent came back and told the same. Again, terrible service. Kept making assurances that were out of their control. Would not recommend at all.
As soon I give my card info, they start fraud my card, I have to canceled it and start a bank replacement card, please don't give any card info to this company! They going to still your money
Was never given an option to confirm amount before purchasing and got charged for 7 tickets instead of 1. Of course they will not admit it and not refund it. Terrible scammers!
Never used Tickets on Sale before. I found it difficult to find rows and individual seats to choose from, only was able to pick a section. Made monetary transaction then made discovery that tickets would not be sent until day before game and I will now have to open an account to get the tickets by an app. Being 72 yrs old this is not how I wish to get tickets. I want to pay and get tickets directly through the mail and be done with it as an option. Not a great way to conduct business.
Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
