Exorbitant service fees from a greedy company. Several hours later, and I still don't have my tickets!

I ordered from my phone, but I was surprised by the total when I got to the end. All the service fees and whatever were hard to see upfront. I think I paid about $50 more than what I would have on another site.

Seats were advertised for $450 and with taxes plus fees final billing was almost $700!

I thought the $20 charge was for the total purchase and not for each ticket. My bargain ticket was not such a bargain. Will never do this again.

Overall the experience was good, but it was a little too complicated for the first timer.

I bought tickets for a concert happing in Ontario Canada I'm not sure why the ticket prices are in usd? I wouldn't be a problem if it showed that the prices where in usd b4 we our chances the ticket I found out when the money came out of my account.

The price I paid was $120 for a parking spot that was $35 if I would have bought once I got there.

I ordered tickets to a show in Toronto. Assumed the price was Canadian. My credit card was charged in US funds, adding 40% to the price I was wanting to pay.

Tell me that you're buying from scalpers. It is parading as a ticket sale page from the source.

Price was high and an extravagant fee on top of that. We were rushing to book parking, but thats no reason to take advantage of people with hidden fees.

There were tickets fraudulently purchased with my credit card. I contacted tixketsonsale.com to cancel the transaction and refund the tickets and they refused. The told me I had the option to resell the tickets, but once I attempted this it was not available for that event. The customer service I received was robotic and did not empathize with my situation or provide any solutions.

This site took me less than 5 minutes to receive my concert tickets. The site felt secure and will use again in future. Cannot wait for Friday's concert! Woot woot!

This company is trying to overcharge and trick you. I asked for a refund multiple times before the tickets came out and they refused saying the seller will send you the tickets soon. They gave no indication of when I would get the tickets and it was literally 3-4 hrs before the game that I received the tickets causing lots of stress.

I thought tickets were in Canadian price that's why I purchased them and when i looked at my bank account, i was charged in US dollars!

Site was too expensive, and thought price was in another currency. Ended up paying triple,what our other family members spent sitting right next to us.

I found the associated ticket fees to be extremely excessive. I paid fees almost equal to a ticket price, my 250 sub total ended up at 364 dollars, I will likely never use this service ever again.

There was no disclaimer of the USD price at checkout. I contacted the company and they told me they could not do anything. They are not willing to accept that their website was faulty and they told me that all their tickets are non-refundable even though they were the ones making a mistake.
