There were tickets fraudulently purchased with my credit card. I contacted tixketsonsale.com to cancel the transaction and refund the tickets and they refused. The told me I had the option to resell the tickets, but once I attempted this it was not available for that event. The customer service I received was robotic and did not empathize with my situation or provide any solutions.

This site took me less than 5 minutes to receive my concert tickets. The site felt secure and will use again in future. Cannot wait for Friday's concert! Woot woot!

This company is trying to overcharge and trick you. I asked for a refund multiple times before the tickets came out and they refused saying the seller will send you the tickets soon. They gave no indication of when I would get the tickets and it was literally 3-4 hrs before the game that I received the tickets causing lots of stress.

I thought tickets were in Canadian price that's why I purchased them and when i looked at my bank account, i was charged in US dollars!

Site was too expensive, and thought price was in another currency. Ended up paying triple,what our other family members spent sitting right next to us.

I found the associated ticket fees to be extremely excessive. I paid fees almost equal to a ticket price, my 250 sub total ended up at 364 dollars, I will likely never use this service ever again.

There was no disclaimer of the USD price at checkout. I contacted the company and they told me they could not do anything. They are not willing to accept that their website was faulty and they told me that all their tickets are non-refundable even though they were the ones making a mistake.

I purchased tickets for a canadian show on the Danforth music hall website and was charged in USD. TI ended up paying more than $50 more than had I purchased at ticket master. Complete rip off!

I bought tickets in Canada, for a concert in Canada, and I paid in US Funds. You have to truly scan the site to ensure what currency that you are paying for the tickets. I would not buy from this site again.

I was shopping for tickets for a game, picked my quantity, seats, etc., paid, then received tickets for a completely different game that had already started and was on the other side of the state.

I purchased my tickets thinking I was on Ticketmaster lol so that's on me. But when I got the confirmation email it said I would get my tickets on April 29th! The concert is on the 30th. So here I am, freaking out, thinking I won't have my tickets on time. Not cool. It's electronic so why not send them earlier?

I purchased parking at the last minute for a day game. The cost ended up being over $60, after fees. It was advertised as $37. When we got to the lot, we could have paid $20! My mistake. I will never use this app/service again for parking.

Bought parking here for $25. After fees it climbed to $40. When I got to the site, they were charging $20. All you needed was a parking app. Complete ripoff.100% increase in price. Never again.

At the checkout I was charged so many extra fees, even for tickets delivery ( for electronic tickets) that was not necessary, in average $30-35 for each ticket. Outraging. Total ripoff!
In American dollars. Next time I would go on Ticketmaster directly instead of paying so much in extra fees.

Did not know would have to pay over $110. Extra for a Canadian casino concert! Money could have been spent elsewhere on more important issues, if known previously that USA funds were to be attached.

Couldn't find my tickets and of course they were in my spam but the guy that helped me find them was extremely sweet and attentive. Very easy company to work with…very happy
