Had a hard filling out the form.,and I was not aware of the new way of getting tickets I was hoping to get a physical ticket in the mail instead I got one you have to load on a phone.I bought the tickets for my sister in law who does not have a computer now I have to figure out how to give the tickets to her.

I was actually nervous, this site was very simple to use. I thought maybe I messed up! Lol

Very easy. But I wasn't pleased with the final total being $40 more than what I initially thought the ticket would cost.

I never recieved my ticket, even if I call multiple times.
I bought a parking ticket and when I tried using it, it was allready redeemed by someone else. Bad experience

I the ticket said it was 108$ then we were charged 402 $ we did not agree to this price! Please help us get our money back!

Website is completely misleading. All is US funds and not clearly stated until you check out.

When you are spending so much money to go to an event you want to know the exact seat, not just the row and section number. I am sure the TicketsOn Sale system is capable of providing the information. They are just doing it for commercial purposes which is why you are not my first choice.

Quick and easy. Didn't like all the extra charges and fees. 29 dollar tickets turned out to be close to $90 after all was said and done. The way of the world, everyone wants to get paid.

Email was send within seconds of purchase. Then our tickets transferred within days. The only thing was that we could not choose our actual seats. We can choose the row and section but not what seat we want. Other than that, very excellent service. 5 Stars!

I'm not sure that being told that I'll be emailed my tickets up to two days before a concert that is five months away is a good business plan.

84$ tickets for 127$. Deceptive prices is terrible business. Should be zero stars

It didn't let me pick my seats. Found I also get charge for the insurance that you obviously don't explain how it works until after I made the purchase.

Scam site. Paid for parking tickets and never got it

Ticketmaster was the site i was on. I used my phone, which I normally don't do because all the information about sites isn't always showing. It was not shown that this was TicketsOnSale and not Ticketmaster...

The price of the advertise parking spot was $38. After completing the transaction, the total cost was $71.22. Cost to park in a garage next door to lot (sharing the same wall wall to separate the two garages), was $10.:-(
