I went to the venue site as soon as hearing about the show (5 months in advance) and saw that tickets were $40 dollars. However, the only option was resale tickets seeming to suggest no tickets had ever been available to those without a presale code.

Buying the tickets was fast and very easy, especially since I am a senior citizen and had never done it before.

Site is easy enough to use but given how big the web is letting people know the currency they're shopping in or giving them the opportunity to change to see pricing in their own currency would be less misleading.

Fees applied were not transparent. That is all I have to say on the subject

When finished to buy ur ticket u have to wait for a different email with instructions on it before getting access to that ticket.

I wasn't expecting to be sitting on those stools that I can't even get a good view of the show! I was constantly standing all the time just to watch the performance! Besides that they sold tickets outside on a cheaper price 🥹

I contacted this vendor and have not received a response or any resolution to my problem.

Be careful! These are transfered tickets. They are all sold in USD and you can't get a refund. The fees are outrageous

It is very difficult to determine the section/area I am trying to pick for parking. Not a fan of your website. Plus, you listed the price for parking at $35 then when i checked out it was $53

What I bought was not what I picked! It gave me a different section and seats(3)

I still haven't received my ticket and they tell me that I will get it on May 3 and the show is on May 4 I would like to have my ticket soon please

Well I booked two tickets at same time and when I received the tickets they are not side by side there is a person in between us not happy at all

Through Instagram I purchased Heart tickets. I was under the impression that these tickets would be charged in Canadian since this is a Canadian show. I was charged USD for a Canadian show. My tickets sent are from Ticketmaster. Why did I feel this was a legitimate way to purchase these tickets. I want a refund of 400$ as I paid 900.00?for 600.00 dollar tickets!
