I was tricked to think I am buying directly from the merchant through tickets in sale, didn't think I am buying resale ticket 4 times more expensive than what I could buy directly from merchant. I immediately called and tried to cancel but I was told that there was a no cancellation clause somewhere in terms and conditions. What a scam!

I overpayed for 2 tickets and did not receive any plus I am very disappointed that I was charged in American funds. I really wish that I did my research on this company as there are numerous posts with the same story. I tried canceling the tickets for a refund and they refused to pay me back. SO DISAPPOINTED!

I stupidly put the wrong email when buying tickets online gave a quick 10 minute call and the email was fixed and tickets were redirected to the correct email thank you for the amazing call center staff

Service "guarantee" only guarantees that someone will sell you something. Customer service is non-committal. Website is awful. I clicked on an area to purchase. Several areas lit up so I clicked again, and the site arbitrarily chose the other selection. I didnt' notice until my transaction was complete and pass delivered. Then...no recourse. And was overcharged...over $50 for a $15 pass. Ridiculous.

No ticket still costs. No further explanation needed right?

I just ordered tickets through this site as I thought I was on the artist's page, I ended up paying more than double the price I should have. Total scam...when I realized a moment later I had made an error I immediately tried to cancel my order...but guess what? All sales are final. They know they are such scammers they wouldn't possibly allow you to change your mind...60 seconds later. You should be ashamed of yourself I hope you enjoy your ill gotten money you RIPOFF artists.

Ticket prices were really great, then the total went up another $30 for the service fees. I think that is a little ridiculous.

So far things went well, just a bit of an enigma and mystery to begin with. I was just hoping after the payment that I didn't just throw away my money.
The tickets finally came and I got them in the ticket master app.
All good.
