I purchased a ticket for parking at T-Mobile Park for tomorrow's game. It ended up costing way more than I expected, due to a hefty service charge and electronic transfer fee. That was several hours ago... still no ticket.

Buying tickets here was easy and tickets were delivered immediately.

I bought a ticket a that was supposed to be for $45.00 but it ended up costing me $112.00. It is unclear on the web site what ticket your getting and how much the final cost will be. I will never use this site ever again.

Can't even receive my tickets and I reach out for help and that was a waste of time, thanks for nothing and stealing my money

They don't disclose that they charge a High service fee on top of the ticket price and rip off the customer. They don't offer any refund and are horrible to deal with.

I didn't get the chance to see the price of the ticket guarentee...wich is an insurance i later learn and was to late go cancel...paying over 20$ a ticket for event ticket inssurance is a roberry

The site doesn't not allow you to choose specific seats, only the quantity, section and row. I hope we aren't off to the far side, but no way to know until I receive the tickets. And they won't be electronically delivered until the day before the show? Also, a $44 service fee for a $130 ticket seems excessive!

I was redirected to this site and thinking I was on the legitimate site for the concert I was trying to see. Bought over $1000 in tickets. They were under $500 directly from the band's site. When I figured it out (within the hour) tried to cancel but couldn't. Absolutely unethical and will be turning this in to the state Attorney General.

We were excited to buy tickets for Billy Idol with "Ticketmaster" at the Videotron Center at Québec city. But, we were disapointed to realise that we were at the wrong company, with "TicketOnSale". We have to pay US price. It was suppose to cost 177$ but we have to pay 259$ with the US charge. It reaĺly make us mad to see that, and, to learn that you can't refund us.

Your sight is extremely user friendly and so easy.

I could have saved a great deal of money by NOT purchasing the tickets as a 10% off offer came immediately AFTER my purchase! Causes dissatisfaction with the process

Just not thrilled about it being in US dollars. Don't agree with the process but your hands are tied.

Shows price before service fees website is designed to flow down to the completion button at the button of the page but the total cost is project at the top with small print of total with not description at bottom

Poor...no one to help. Called with no resolving of the problem.

I paid triple by buying thru this damn page GA IS $35 I paid $95 for GA with this site. Very upsetting

In my recent purchase of tickets to see Miel San Marcos, you charged me a total of $172.62 plus $31 as part of a promotion to buy 4 tickets, with the offer advertised as being under $100. I still haven't received the tickets. I believe your service lacks seriousness. I've tried calling, and I was told there are no refunds, but no one answers the calls. Frankly, this is a public disgrace.

4/12/24 I went on line to purchase tickets for Marty Stuart show on July 26 in Jefferson City Missouri.
I was charged $578.30 for 5 terrace seats on my Discover Card which is way more than they are worth. I would like a full refund since I was overcharged and willl not recieve the tickets until a couple days before the concert.

I am contacting Discover card to dispute these charges.

Dishonesty at its best. Ticket prices were double and ridiculous overall charges. Will never use again and along with reporting to Better Business Bureau, also contacting my credit company.
