Was given a price of tickets plus fees only to have way more money taken from my account than expected. How does $160 turn into $240?

Twenty minutes since purchase confirmation, no ticket received - but a satisfaction survey arrives! All this with a huge service fee - terrible!

Seems straight forward and prices appear great but, don't be fooled! You won't see the real price until it's charged to your credit card... And it will be significantly more.

Would not use again as it was not detailed enough info

I placed my order on accident and am not able to cancel it. There should be a grace period of 30 minutes so that if someone orders by mistake they have time to cancel. I'm very frustrated.

Although the process was quick and easy they stick you with some protection plan that they neither explain nor disclose that it will cost you additional money. But everything here is somewhat a scam

Tricking consumers into buying resell tickets, pretending to be the location in Google search. No refunds allowed on the price gouged tickets, even when tickets aren't available. Horrible. Customer service says there is no manager or anyone else to talk to. Will be reporting this site to BBB and Google.

I found the site to easy to navigate and easy to use. I am completely happy with my first experience using this site.

I was given a price for two tickets when I checked out there was an added fee of almost $300 without my consent 👎👎👎👎👎five thumbs down

Purchased ticket on line and only found out the seat was obstructed after the purchase. I would never purchase obstructed seats. Should have been clearly identified before purchase was made.

All purchases are in USD so beware as this is not communicated until you pay. As well, it says on the site and receipt that the tickets will be a few minutes. In reality after three phone calls (one, I was put on hold for 20 min. Until they hung up) I was told to wait by the third customer service person, so in 7 hours I got an email that I had the tickets...paid way too much as I thought it was Canadian funds or 3 times more than the actual tickets original cost. Next time I will just get them from the scalpers, cheaper and easier.

I wanted to buy tickets for a concert but never saw the final price or even got a breakdown in my email with tickets. Was an extra $80+ dollars not including the insurance on the ticket. Kinda annoying not to know what I'm spending at the end per ticket before I check out.

I paid $134 for parking but when I got to the lot it was only $34. This site is way overpriced.

It is no fun buying tickets. Exorbitant fees are disclosed only after seats are selected.

Bought 2 tickets to Santana in Vegas tickets said 1100 for the pair no mention of 368 service charge just direct to checkout 1100 to 2600 plus

All your up charges make it a poor value to use! Sometimes convenience doesn't offset value!

Bought tickets 3 days ago, they still don't exist on the app…

Do not buy tickets from this site!
I received my receipt with the purchase price of $150 didn't state US or Canada.Tickets were roughly $50 each canadian, I ended up spending $207 for the 3 tickets I purchased all in USD! Buyer beware!
