$23 Service and $6.95 email fee for a $51 ticket seems very steep! Unable to cancel purchase. Tickets to be delivered by email the day before the show. Attempts to contact customer service via their chat feature were both dropped. Delivery date and info they are a reseller did not appear until after I purchased the ticket. With my credit card.

Tickets are not available right away, i hope its not a scam

After paying full price for my ticket, I was sent an email for a 10% discount for the same tickets that I could not use because I had already paid. This is very frustrating and not a good practice at all.

The tickets are not listed as being in USD from the start. This only became apparent as the transaction went through. When I canned about this misunderstanding no one was able to help or rectify the problem. I called immediately after order while it was still processing and they still were unable to help.

Very easy platform to navigate. I was able to easily choose tix where I would like to sit in the venue. Other platforms seem more difficult in comparison.

Fast and easy. But the location was behind the action. We had to sit in other seats or we wouldn't have even seen the show. Seats were behind the bull chutes below the rail. If I stayed in my seat there was no show to see and they were some the most expensive I could find. Totally miss represented.

I made the mistake of buy-in a ticket for a local Vancouver concert and I didn't realize that I was buying from a reseller and not Ticketmaster until too late and then I was charged in USD$ for a Canadian concert! I will never buy from TicketsOnSale again.

They have a website that looks like Ticketmaster and are selling tickets they don't have the authority to sell and charging additional $150 in fees and will not refund money or cancel transaction that occurred an hour ago

Buying the tickets was easy, but they should give you fees amount before you get to checkout. Then you can compare total price on different ticket sites in real time.

Couldn't print tickets. Kept getting tickets for another individual. Unable to contact anyone by phone through very limited menus. Chat kept referring me to an email we never received. We later found out we were overcharged. Totally dissatisfied!
