I purchased a ticket, clicked the link to accept my ticket. The link didn't work, I tried selecting the contact us link to reach out to customer service and that didn't work. They weren't hyperlinks at all, I assumed what I bought was a scam. I googled the company and called the 800 number from there and customer service was no help. I chatted with someone then also emailed the company and have gotten no response. The arena employee who was trying to help me access the ticket couldn't get it to work either. I ended up having to purchase a different ticket through TicketMaster and ate the almost $200 cost of the invalid ticket.

When choosing the seats, it didn't say anywhere that it was Standing only. It should say for sure what type seat they are so people know what they are buying. I bought, and when I found out later it was standing, that was upsetting, because of health I cannot stand for long periods of time.
I should have done better research. The service fee alone was almost as much as the tickets from the actual event site. The total was 3 times higher than from the venue which is the same place your company buys the tickets.
Over charged online price for spot by 50%. No notice. Just came thru as 120 dollars for a spot that was next to a lot charging 20 dollars. Face value for garage was 40 dollars. I accepted the 100% mark up to the 80 dollars on line, but then they added another 100% of face value with no notice.
Parking was almost double the price of the event ticket.
Service fee is way to high. Sneaking in charging in American money is outright fraud and theft. Disgusted with your corrupt service!

After paying, I received an email stating we'd get our tickets one day before the event. I'm very stressed we won't get them now. Why the hold up?
I bought my tickets for a concert in Canada (where I live) only to realize that my card had been charged in US currency. But the price for the tickets on the site as well as on the email confirmation I received was in canadian dollars.
No where is it cleary indicated that the prices will be ajsted to american dollars.
Futhermore, it appears that TicketonSale actually buys the tickets and resells them to customers ( like me) making it difficult to trace back.

I thought I was on a Canadian site and got charged American dollars for a Canadian concert. I can't reach anyone to request a refund in the difference.

You sold these tickets showing them on the side- the email said behind stage. You misrepresented the sale. You also gave no information on fees which are outrageous I asked for a cancellation 10 min later because of your fraudulent advertising and was given some nonsense about how you can't help me up am outraged

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
