I can't believe I paid $199 for two tickets and then had to pay $95 in fees. Will not use you guys again

The additional fee is garbage. Why should I have to pay an additional fee. If the cost is given, that is what the cost should be.

From picking my seat to purchasing my ticket the process was seamless.

Once the tickets were purchased, I was informed i would be sent them the day before the event, and I should be sent them as soon as payments were processed

Purchasing tickets through TicketsOnSale was great, a smooth and easy transaction. I got great seats at an upcoming event at a reasonable price. Highly Recommended!

Immediately tried to cancel because I thought the purchase was in Canadian dollars.
Refused cancellation

I asked to speak to a representative regarding the return of the tickets due to unforeseen circumstances and they basically told me to deal with it on my own. After they take your money, you're nothing to them

Quick and pleasant experience.fast and accurate. Should have the equivalent in cdn funds on the site as well. Other than that I am satisfied with the experience.

I selected 1 tix for an event and was charged for 8 I reached to a service rep and all they could tell me is we don't do refunds but I could sell my tickets for more than I paid for and just trying to convince me to accept what was being told me I asked to speak to manager or supervisor told me that was not possible.

I hate ticket Master as they have a monopoly on tickets and charge service fees just to make more money

Very efficient and simple up until i saw the that the total charge was not the same as what was charged on my credit card

The ticket costs 40$ on other sites an hour after I bought these they charged me 98$ and won't give a chance to cancel them

Ticket sale was not specific that the amount would be in US dollars. Would be nice to see that information when booking.

I didn't know that I wasn't ordering from the Aces. I found out that I wasn't ordering from the Aces as I always do. I was told that I would use my mobile phone at the gate to get in. After I had paid for the ticket, I was told I might need an Android or IOS device. I don't know if I have either. I've sent a message to find out if I'm SOL.

My tickes went up from 1.5K to 2.4K because of the exhorbitants fees that they charged! They didnt break down the fees, I realize it after I paid.
