For 2 tickets a service fee of $382.00 was added. I wasn't warned of the fee. I will never use this site again.
Experience was ok except for two things. One, the description said row M and the ticket was row L. Two, a $55 fee for one ticket seems excessive. It was 1/3 of the cost of the ticket.

After having paid for my ticket I received an email saying that I will have to download an app and to create an account in order to be able to get my ticket. I thought since you asked for my address that I would receive my ticket by mail, but I noticed that although I wrote my apartment number, it did not appear on the receipt. This is very infortunate and, if possible, I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID. Thank you.

When I purchased a ticket for an event that I wanted to go to it didn't state that it was going to charge me an extra $15 which is damn they're the same price of the ticket that I purchased and the fact that when I called the customer service and asked them to cancel my order because I wasn't gonna pay them or double for a ticket. She kept me on the line logging up for that ticket to deliver And then say that because the ticket was delivered, we cannot cancel it because we third-party but it was funny how she kept me on the line long enough for that ticket to get delivered and I still haven't accepted it yet so I wanna know what it is that you guys are actually doing because this is horrible
I was TRICKED into overpaying for tickets. Fees are insane. Chat support was zero help. I will be reporting you to the BBB and reviewing you terribly online. Shame on you.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
