Why was I charged so 234.71 too much? Makes absolutely so sense.

It was horrible! I got ripped off! You had $20 of surcharges added on to my parking ticket.

We thought we were on the venue sites. Bought these tickets and there are regular tickets available at half the cost, half the Service fees and in Canadian dollars.

I was overcharged almost $50.00. In addition to that, the site offered me a discount of 10% yet they would not honor that. They offered me the discount. I should have been charged $395.60, less 10% discount of $39.56, for a total of $365.04. I was charged $420.32. A difference of $55.28. My efforts to get the credit back on my credit card went unanswered. I'm disappointed, to say the least.

Information is very unclear and I did not get what I wanted because of a lack of information

Since ive purchased the tickets ive been flooded with ads etc nonstop. I haven't even been sent my tickets but instead ive been charged and still havent gotten the tickets

Very dissatisfied, why would i continue buying more products when i haven't even gotten the initial product (tix)

The service fee per ticket is ridiculous! $26 / person?! Common! I'm doing all the work picking my seats and paying. What's the fee for?

Didn't realize that I was being charged $132 service fee until after I checked out. Four tickets totaling $404 plus tax. Total purchase...$581! This company refused to return the $132 fee...nice.

I was helping a friend to get tickets for Kenney Chesney in Arlington, TX. After placing and paying for the order, i learn that the tickets are only provided on an APP. Called "customer service" for help, but the English was poor. This was an awful experience and i suspect i will NEVER really be able to access any tickets

Every body is busy on this days, sometimes is hard to schedule early even for your favorite events for me this site is very convenient.

Very quick and easy to purchase. Although a little more time to enter all info would be good as im older and not as fast anymore lol.
But overall a good experience and now to try for Bruce Springsteen tickets!

For 2 tickets a service fee of $382.00 was added. I wasn't warned of the fee. I will never use this site again.

Experience was ok except for two things. One, the description said row M and the ticket was row L. Two, a $55 fee for one ticket seems excessive. It was 1/3 of the cost of the ticket.

Still not sure if tickets will come. No exact seat spots. Need to work out a better way

After having paid for my ticket I received an email saying that I will have to download an app and to create an account in order to be able to get my ticket. I thought since you asked for my address that I would receive my ticket by mail, but I noticed that although I wrote my apartment number, it did not appear on the receipt. This is very infortunate and, if possible, I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID. Thank you.
