Why was I charged so 234.71 too much? Makes absolutely so sense.
It was horrible! I got ripped off! You had $20 of surcharges added on to my parking ticket.
We thought we were on the venue sites. Bought these tickets and there are regular tickets available at half the cost, half the Service fees and in Canadian dollars.
I was overcharged almost $50.00. In addition to that, the site offered me a discount of 10% yet they would not honor that. They offered me the discount. I should have been charged $395.60, less 10% discount of $39.56, for a total of $365.04. I was charged $420.32. A difference of $55.28. My efforts to get the credit back on my credit card went unanswered. I'm disappointed, to say the least.

I was helping a friend to get tickets for Kenney Chesney in Arlington, TX. After placing and paying for the order, i learn that the tickets are only provided on an APP. Called "customer service" for help, but the English was poor. This was an awful experience and i suspect i will NEVER really be able to access any tickets

For 2 tickets a service fee of $382.00 was added. I wasn't warned of the fee. I will never use this site again.
Experience was ok except for two things. One, the description said row M and the ticket was row L. Two, a $55 fee for one ticket seems excessive. It was 1/3 of the cost of the ticket.

After having paid for my ticket I received an email saying that I will have to download an app and to create an account in order to be able to get my ticket. I thought since you asked for my address that I would receive my ticket by mail, but I noticed that although I wrote my apartment number, it did not appear on the receipt. This is very infortunate and, if possible, I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE AMOUNT I PAID. Thank you.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
