It's 200 dollars more than it said tickets cost

I actually don't want them and couldn't figure out how to cancel

First and last time using this platform to purchase tickets! I received an email stating the tickets had been transferred and a follow up email would give me guidance on how to download the tickets to my phone. I never received the tickets, nor a follow-on email providing guidance on how to downlod the app or tickets to my phone.

It was very easy to find my tickets and to buy them, also I feel it's safe

Charging $21 in fees is pretty ridiculous. I was particularly upset about the $7.50 charge because I would be using my smartphone. I had no choice about that. They would not accept paper tickets
The ticket had the incorrect address. When we got to the stadium we drove around trying to find the correct lot. Almost made us late.

Seller didn't send the tickets, today is the day of the event and the seller never sent our tickets

I canceled the ticket and I contact the rep that said please cancel it and I don't need it no more I paid also $35 for cancellation for any reason and they still charge me

Very easy to find tickets that I wanted but there is no transparency of the fees until you put the payment through. The fees are are outrageous per ticket.

Pain in the $#*!. Trying to get seats is ridiculous. A mark up $110 mark up.Give me a break. I still don't even know the seat numbers. They don't even show me even though I paid.

Fees are high. Tickets are not mine until 8/29/2024. That sucks.

When buying tickets, there was no breakdown anywhere that showed what fees were being charged. I assume some are from the venue, and some from this site, but they were an astronomical amount, and not disclosed in any way. It was too streamlined for once.
