I got notice the 3 tickets cost $226.53 in Canada funds, when I got my Credit charge it was $318. Canada funds? Why was I charged extra?

Uses misleading web site to make you think they are the real " Ticket Master" then deceives you into paying excessive charges. I think they are a scam and have reported them to the Arkansas Attorney Generals office.

Bought tickets in November for a concert the 20th of of April. The email says I will get my tickets by the 19th of April. The 19th I still don't have them, contact the company and I'm told I should get them them the 20th. The 20th still nothing. Contacted the customer service and they told me the seller's team is located on the west coast and I need to contact them again later during the day.
6hrs before the show, still nothing. Spending my entire day trying and begging for the tickets I bought that ended up costing twice the price they were originally sold for because of the extra fees. The seller was still unable to give me the tickets telling me I need an app I never heard of like it was my fault I didn't get the tickets and, yet still unable to transfer them.
2hrs prior to the concert I am still fighting to get them. I finally got them 1h30 min before they finally send them to me by email.
Worse experience with concert tickets I've ever had. Overly complicated, overpriced and I spent my entire day trying to get them. I had a friend out of town who came over and booked a hotel for this and neither of us could enjoy our day because of it. Horrible system.

The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
