I was TRICKED into overpaying for tickets. Fees are insane. Chat support was zero help. I will be reporting you to the BBB and reviewing you terribly online. Shame on you.

Fast easy and good price and navigating was very easy and quick

Fees tacked on to these made my total over double what the tickets cost. I didn't realize until I had authorized that stub hub had the same tickets for HALF the price.

There was no clear indentation of how much taxes and fees were and that its non refundable.

Have not received the actual ticket yet but keep getting emails

So far so good. Games not until 25 June. Looking forward to Fenway Park experience

It's was easy and easy to choose the section and seats.

Staying in the downtown of Toronto and noticing a wave of blue clothing all heading in one direction resulted in identifying that I was right next to the Rogers Place where the Blue Jays were playing the New York Yankees. Went online to see if tickets were available and within 10 minutes had picked seats received tickets and receipts and was in line to get into the game with 15 minutes ahead of first pitch. Great service and a quick turnaround

Horrible experience. Try to buy ticket with ticketmaster on internet: Tickets on sale use TICKETMASTER as their first descriptive title. Thought I'm on ticketmaster site, I bought the tickets. I'm living in Canada: they finally sold the tickets in US dollars. They didn't tell it was in US dollars.
Try to cancelled the sale: impossible.

I never got a confirmation that the tickets were purchased but then they ended up on my email. This is very unclear and the organization tries to pass as TIcketmaster. When I immediately reached out to explain the problem, I was told there was nothing to do.

I tried twice to order tickets for the Brandon PBR, received two order confirmations and then received two order cancellations. Very frustrating, and didn't get any tickets.

The fees on 2 tickets were approaching 25% of the ticket costs. I expect the ticket retailer to earn a profit but that is outrageous and the last tickets I will purchase with those kind of fees!

The process was easy however I waited to purchase these tickets until a start time had been announced. Originally when I looked at tickets game time was tba but then I saw they had assigned an 11:55am start and that was great because it fit my schedule. When I completed the transfer the time showed as a 5pm start time and I can't attend nor do I have any recourse. Very dissatisfied.

This company's business plan seemed to be to post sponsored ads, and look as similar to ticketmaster as possible, but while charging outrageous fees per ticket. Just. Terrible. Obviously will never use this "service" again.

This is the first time I buy tickets in this manner. I am not even sure to make plans or NOT with this type of sale. This is very ambiguous, as the tickets MAYBE available TWO DAYS before the event. I even have to be 'flexible' as the area and price may change. $400+ for two tickets and not even sure if I am actually going.
