Purchased tickets, immediately got an email with a link, transferred to my Ticket Master account. Quick, easy, great experience.

Missed last Denver Nuggets basketball game because reps could not get.tickets to me... I was assure that I have credit toward a future purchase... if I get tickets delivered...

I haven't gotten any confirmation in my email. I need my tickets. You're pending the amount in my bank account

Too hard to see where seats are located.
Not easy to balance cost and seat location.

Made a mistake ordering, called immediately to rectify, and was told they could not help. Total bs and scammy.

I am very disappointed in how this is set up, i added 2 tickets to cart at $39 each…processed my payment, which still showed no additional fees, i did expect to see tax at the end/review page, however it did not show anything more than the 2 tickets when i him submit, then once the payment was processed it showed that the total was $122.09! They managed to add in an additional $40 for what i assume to be fees as i still have been unable to find a pricing breakdown anywhere! Very poor service when you have to set your page up like that!

I got ripped off! Tickets were double the price from MLB website! BS!

It was ok other than not being able to put in the proper address. So I hope I get my tickets. And the insurance for the ticket will not go through.

As I was paying for the tickets online, it never showed me what your fees were until it had processed my credit card and said no refunds I bought two tickets each was $88 for the show and then I ended up paying $240! Your fees are almost the price of the performance

Had a great experience buying from tickets on sale

Nobody should ever be charged $80 to park for an event and have to walk a mile to get to the doors of the event. I am not happy at all, in fact very disappointed. You people should be ashamed of your self.

As I was on a Canadian website I did not realize the fees were inUSD. Nor was the denomination on my receipt from TicketsOnSale. As you refused me a refund I swill be requesting a refund through my credit card. Buyers BEWARE!

Looks like a scam when a webpage use the same metatitle than TicketMaster, for example. Even worst, the look&feel is very close and they're resellers

I was supposed to have purchased row 14, but when I got the ticket it was row 13

The added insurance is a scam. Says nothing about the cost but charges your account $22. Then to only have the option for mobile tickets is absurd.
Also that it's not listed in USD until you get to the checkout.
Disappointed to say the least. I'm not a ticket buyer and this was a special occasion for my son. Really bad taste in my mouth

Don't ever purchase tickets from this company. They are a scam and have all of these hidden fees! They will not refund me my money back and their customer service department is rude!

I would recommend to friends and help them with the process
