The fees that are charged for tickets are outrageous. The music we saw was not worth a $100 ticket price. If I was the musicians I would be disgusted.

I have not received my tickets I have purchased on your site. The concert is this Friday 4/26/2024. It's the Music soul child concert.

Extremely overpriced and how no available options when I got there

EDIT: Found out I paid US funds for a Canadian. Event. I guess you failed to.list anywhere i was paying US funds. Now I get it, buyer beware. And I take full responsibility for having to pay $700 CA funds for something I could have paid $300 CA funds for if I went directly to Ticketmaster. And I won't be able to enjoy the Show because the tickets are a gift (a very very very expensive gift now). But obviously y'all pay Google.or something that makes you the first choice. Shady. And then ya seal the deal by making it impossible to refund them. I had a conversation with a couple of your "senior customer service reps" (funny how y'all have all "senior" reps taking calls). Don't worry I was nice as apple pie to them (it's a Canadian thing). Because I can only imagine the $#*!s they get yelling at them because your company scammed them. And the last thing I want to do is make those poor reps life just even worse by yelling at them, its not thir fault they work.for you. But I get it, everyone has to make a buck, I guess.

Gotta admit, i dont like 3rd party anything. But these are a gift and i was worried the prices would be astronomical. And yes, they were a bit much, but what isn't nowadays. Everything was seamless and i got some good seats for around what i was expecting. Awesome job, keep it up.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to purchase show tickets. It was easy to find the exact show that I wanted, I was able to pick the seats that I wanted to sit in and the purchase experience was easy.

My event was rescheduled because of the rain, and nothing was sent to me, nothing I could reschedule, when, no information, horrible!

I purchased tickets to To Kill a Mockingbird play and it was very easy. I was able to add them to my Apple wallet

They jack up the price to an extra 300%, be aware!

After they've got your CC number there was no further opportunity to revert. I approached their Chat and Email minutes after the transaction with No Chance to cancel or refund. I find it odd they could take the tx from me and sell them either. Bad experience

Everything was so easy to purchase tickets, to a concert at a casino

Bought 2 410.00 tickets. Charge come in at 610.00 each. No advance disclosure. I will dispute this sale. You owe me 400.00

Fees were not listed and i was charged way over what i expected to pay! I need refund! A big misunderstanding with the prices. I called as soon as I made the purchase and was told all sales final even though I called right after I made the purchase. I will definitely not use this website again nor will I recommend this website to any of my friends or family.

Every thing was great getting the tickets, but not being able to print has created a problem for me.
I will have to seek out a place to hopefully print the tickets. I have no printer.

You sold me tickets that don't even exist yet. I called 10 minutes later to get a refund and you refused. On top of that there wasn't any indication that it was in USD and not in CAD it cost me 134%+ of the price indicated. I'm definitely doing a chargeback on this dishonest kind of business and will share my bad experience on social media to let people know that you are trying to scam them!

Shocked at the total price shown after The tickets were purchased. If that would have been shown before my purchase I would not have purchased the ticket and went to the box office. I understand fees but that much for fees is ridiculous. The fees and taxes were almost half of what the ticket cost. Just shameful.

Unable to see what difference in price of ticket whether it was the seating area or general admission to what part of cross center. Exorbitant $15.00 fee for each ticket. Wished I had waited and buy in person at door..
